I like the touch of sending me a picture of the tech so I know who to expect. Gave a time frame that he would be here. Got worried when I got a call that he may be late since he is running behind on his present job. I admit I got worried about the tech canceling on me and having to reschedule. Surprise! Half an hour later he was here. It went quick. He diagnosed the problem, even had a spare part. Fixed it in no time. He spent more time vacuuming out the inner workings of the dryer than actually fixing it. All together it was well worth the call to these guys. The repair itself was much cheaper than I expected it to be. I was worried the quote would have been high enough that it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. But no. Gonna bookmark these guys!

The problem was a broken latch which I already knew. They then quoted me an additional $262 for the repair. The price seemed high, but I wanted to get the issue resolved, so I agreed to move forward. Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

She didn't push any single item on me, but helped me see what was available, what I was looking for, what eventually wasn't suitable for me etc. In the space of about six hours I made a decision, went and got a loan at Mountain America and my new stove is ordered and awaiting shipping. If you think customer service is dead, go to Ferguson and experience it firsthand!

Okay, they did great. They had a washer and dryer set that was perfect in size for my condo. It was…read moreway under what I would had expected to pay for a perfectly functioning washer and dryer, and they both worked fantastically. They delivered to my home, which was a distance from the store, they moved it to my garage for me, and they made sure the plug on the dryer was correct. I live on the third floor and they would had charged extra to move it up three flights of stairs which I get, so I didn't have them do that, but they said they would had done it for a reasonable fee, and then another fee to install it obviously. Keep that in mind when purchasing a washer and dryer, moving it up a ton of stairs and installing it will cost extra, but thats reasonable since it takes more labor and time to do that. Finally, I had a knocking issue on my dryer, they sent someone out the next day after I contacted them, they fixed it within 20 minutes, and they were off and now my dryer is drying great without any noise. That warranty they provide actually works people! If you want moderately used appliances for a great price, well ASU is your place.
