I think it may be a squirrel or maybe multiple. I there are the experts. The first red flag for me was the technician, after introducing himself, he goes outside and makes a phone call. Anyway he looks around the outside comes in state it rodents. He asked me about the type of access to the attic and realize he has to use his ladder and so he did not go to look in the attic, he did go to the basement. Oh, and he confirmed that i paid the accessment fee. He told me he looked at the roof, did not see any issues the, he did go up on the roof he viewed it from the ground.
