The reason I needed services from this company is this, there's something in the walls of my house. I don't know what, thats why I contacted them. I think it may be a squirrel or maybe multiple. I there are the experts. The first red flag for me was the technician, after introducing himself, he goes outside and makes a phone call. Anyway he looks around the outside comes in state it rodents. He asked me about the type of access to the attic and realize he has to use his ladder and so he did not go to look in the attic, he did go to the basement. Oh, and he confirmed that i paid the accessment fee. He told me he looked at the roof, did not see any issues the, he did go up on the roof he viewed it from the ground. He recommended that to small little openings be sealed up. He spotted opening near the garage door, there are no droppings in the garage. These guys are great! They came a helped us with our squirrel/mice issue and identified and fixed all of the problems in our shared alleyway where critters were getting in. I've dealt with squirrels twice in the past when they've chewed through the shingle roof in the front of my row home. This time when I had an exterminator come out, they told me there was no hole in the roof. I was convinced they were getting in through a hole in a neighbor's roof and making their way to mine. Other wildlife services I called told me that I would need to figure out which neighbor had the hole and get them to fix it (yeah right) or were convinced it was mice (I've had squirrel issues in the past in the exact same spot, and I know what they sound like and what times of day they are active). I am so glad that I found Mark. He was able to come out the day after I called him. He cut a hole on each side of my soffit so that he could block off each side from the neighboring houses and put in exclusion doors. He also cleared out a bunch of insulation that the squirrels had brought from other people's houses. Then he patched it up, and you can't tell there were holes made unless you look really closely. It's been a week and haven't heard the squirrels since! He was also friendly and very upfront about the cost before doing the work. I called Mark about a problem squirrel that made his home inside my third floor bathroom vent. Mark came out the same day and went right to work. Within an hour, he had installed a one way door to the outside of the vent thirty feet off the ground. While I was paying him, we noticed the squirrel leave the vent and get trapped outside. We had been living with raccoons in our ceilings for quite some time. A few years ago, I was told by an ANOTHER Professional Removal service that because I lived in a row home and shared common space between the other houses it would be impossible to remove the raccoons from my home. I called around regarding sounds coming from an interior wall of my home & had no luck until I spoke with Mark! I was desperate, but each other company kept telling me they would install a one way door in the roof. I was sure this animal would not get itself back to the roof upstairs, it appeared stuck.
