I have been having a pretty bad ant problem around my home this summer, and after many failed attempts to do it myself, I decided to call the professionals. We had bed bugs and were very alarmed; he spent an hour and a half with us walking through our under-1000-sq-ft apartment and answering all of our questions! James is a nice guy. However he did not do his job. The Mrs. and I were getting bug bites everywhere and asked him to come check it out. After a quick glance around the house he decided we had bats and the brought 'bat mites' in the house. $1100 later and we are still getting bit. I discovered a bug and I figured out it was a bed bug. I'm not even an exterminator. James might have figured that out, but i think he was trying to get all the money out of us he could. i spoke with him and he said it will be $300 a room. I wouldn't trust this guy. He did not remove the bats. They are still there not hurting anybody or bring bat mites in the house. Bed bugs are gone however because I went with somebody else. read more

I called because I was having issues with bees. The woman who answered wasn't helpful. She kept putting me on hold to get an answer. She stated that bees are free flying this time of year and said to call back if they didn't go away in a few weeks. I explained how this has been the 2nd year carpenter bees were around my home and I think there is a nest on my roof. She asked me how long had I seen the bees and where I lived. Then, she said she didn't think they serviced my area in Philadelphia. I gave her my zip code and she put me on hold for 2 seconds to jump back on and say they didn't. Odd considering Philadelphia is on their site. Anyway call green pest solutions. They serviced me within 2 days and was reasonable. Plus its green. They even said carpenter bees don't create nests like yellow jacks, but create a home by making holes. Green pest solutions saw where the carpenter bees had created a hole on the siding of my home near the roof and in my children's playhouse! .They treated the area and even found another area where the bees were. So much for patriot pests "advice". Imagined if I would have taken her advice. read more

this is the worst place ever! I had them come out for roaches. i paid $230 and this lady named Linda told me the service is guaranteed. They came once and it did not work, we still see many roaches at night. I called again to tell them, and a new lady who messed up the schedule and booked me on the wrong date and I specifically took that day off and they didn't show up, turns out she booked it for the following week. ok, fine. so again, they came out and still did not work. I called them again to make another appt, and i took another half day to stay home for this appt, and they didnt show up so i called them again, the lady named Linda told me that she called me and left me an voice mail regarding charging me again if they had to come out, otherwise, they would not come out. since i didn't call her back, she cancelled my appt. I never ever got the phone call or voice mail from her. it was such a hassle to deal with them. Linda was not helpful, she did not apologize at all! I have to say this is the worst experience i ever had. I am out of $230 and i still got roaches in my house. not to mention the time that i took off from work, and the time to move all of my kitchen stuff every time they come! I do not recommend this place at all! They did offer to come out again for free of charge. NO thank you. I am done with you. read more
