I asked for snap traps and he did not set any. I then had him come back the next week specifically to set some snap traps in each room, which I prefer and he insisted that I do not have a mouse. I saw a mouse. Where it is now, I do not know. It may come back. He set snap traps and after he left I looked and none of them were baited. I called and complained about him. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path.
