Follow up to my previous review from 9/2017...This is for anyone considering Convenience Collision & Auto Repair, don't consider it for much longer! Give them a call and let Matt and his team help you. My mother's car accident was August 28. On September 6, her vehicle was deemed a total loss. Our insurance company, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. From the beginning, Matt and his team have given us the information, including our LEGAL RIGHTS as a consumer, as to what we should expect from our insurance company, as well as what to expect from our body shop. The information I have received throughout this process has been excellent and eye opening. Insurance companies are big companies. They do not care about us, the consumers. They do not care about our family business body shops either. The insurance company wants to save themselves as much as they possibly can. In the long run, this hurts the consumer. They do not want to pay our preferred body shop the price they deserve to repair our cars the way the manufacturer needs them to be repaired for optimal performance. Think about how much technology is in our cars today- sensors, monitors, everything we can imagine! It isn't cheap to buy it and it isn't cheap to fix it. As consumers, we pay high annual premiums so that our insurance company pays our body shop in the unfortunate event that we need one. Since the car accident, I have been fighting with our insurance company daily as they delay and fight every single penny. At the insurance company's fault, I have been paying for a car that's been totaled for almost two months now because they don't want to pay my chosen body shop for the work or storage necessary to my vehicle. If you are looking for an HONEST and QUALITY repair shop, you can't afford to go anywhere other than Convenience Collision & Auto Repair. Matt and his team have a passion for making sure that their clients are educated when they speak to the insurance company. They gave me and my mother all the information up front. There were no surprises and I knew exactly what to expect. They have been with us every step of the way to make sure that the insurance company does not take advantage of us. They are kind and efficient, going out of their way to make it as convenient for my mother as possible! Extremely pleased with the work of Matthew and his team at Convenience Collision. The scope of work to restore my 1970 Porsche 911E was a very tall order, with rust remediation, metal work, body and paint, and Convenience Collision demonstrated masterful knowledge and craftsmanship during each step of the process. After my first interaction with CC, I left extremely impressed with the caliber of the work, the level of the cars worked on, the attention to detail in correctness/authenticity, and most importantly-the level of customer service. Convenience Collision did a wonderful job repairing my Volvo.  It really looks as good as new now. Something I think some folks don't consider though is that there is more to it than just aesthetics. It's important to consider *how* repairs are done as well.  I buy Volvos for their commitment to safety. When they need to be repaired, insurance companies typically expect you to accept substandard repair methods and parts... because it's cheaper for them.  Unlike many shops which are complicit in this process, Convenience Collision is committed to repairing to original manufacturer specifications. They will not cut corners as insurance companies demand. I drove away with complete confidence that my car was as safe after the repairs as it was the day I drove it off the Volvo dealer's lot. As much as I hope I don't need their services again, should that day come, they will get my business again hands down. read more

I may not be a car guy, but Matt sure is. I'm more so that guy that feels that he's had more than his fill of aggravation so when my daughter's car got hit and run while we were out one day I was tired before I even began. You know the drill. Call the insurance company. Jump through a load of hoops. Get cut a check. Oh, but it's not enough and so who's on the hook? Me. Enter Matt. I need to get this fixed but insurance only gave me this much. Matt went to work not only on the car but on the insurance company as well. By the end of it the insurance company lost, my car was fixed and my blood pressure was twenty points lower. Need I say more? read more

Absolutely by far the best body shop I have ever been to! I would not go anywhere else! Matthew and the team did a great job restoring my E36 M3 to its former glory! I am so happy the way my car came out. I wish I could give them more then five stars honestly! I remember when I first went there for a quote, Matthew comes out and is like... I've dealt with many body shops and mechanics after living in 4 states in my 56 years. I will tell you that Matt and his staff are the most knowledgeable, have the most integrity, and they have time and time again exceeded my expectations! I had an awful scrape on my front bumper. I was terrified that it was going to be an issue returning my lease... Once again Convenience fails to disappoint. I purchased a wing for a car that they had worked on a few months back.
