Walked in and was immediately assisted. Facility is extremely clean. Everyone was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. I was taken back super fast and was only there for maybe 25 minutes. The nurse and PA I saw were super kind and made sure I understood everything. She sent a prescription over and I was good to go. If I could give this company, a zero star or the option to get a -10 star, they would have received it! Got x-rays on 12 June. They were supposed to send them to my Primary Doctor that day or at least a few days later to have the radiologist. Read them and write a report and send them over to my Primary Doctor. They didn't! They never sent anything over. I called them five times to try to have this information sent over. My Primary Doctor called them three times. Every time we called the number doesn't exist! I called the main headquarters and they didn't have a number for this specific, Londonderry POS office! I finally had my wife stop by there 12 days later, now keep in mind. I didn't need the x-rays anymore because the pain that I had in my shoulder had been diminished to the point where I really didn't need them anymore. All they kept saying when she stopped in there was they don't know what happened, they couldn't find my appointment even in the system until they actually did their job and found it 10 minutes later while my wife were still there. They don't know why their phone number was not working because they said there was no issue that week. They're clearly was, because I called from two separate phones, a landline and a cell phone. Their number still does not work when my wife was physically there in the office, calling them and the woman behind the desk just said she doesn't know why. Now that I'm having to pay for the x-rays which I don't mind doing, but I no longer need them because I no longer have any more pain in my shoulder. Regardless, I'm paying for something that they cannot do for me. Which is send me the x-rays digitally so I can send them to my Primary Doctor. My wife picked up a CD and lo and behold. The CD doesn't work at my house Newark and my doctor open it! All they need to do is their goddamn job and send my Primary Doctor a digital copy! She said she can't when I talk to the receptionist again. I told her I need to speak with a supervisor and lo and behold... Guess what? She's not there today! Every excuse in the book they came up with! Sounds like a politicians kind of answer when dodging questions! Not much different than the POS Pete Hegseth or Trump. This company is definitely following along the lines of their fearless leader and following along the lines of dishonesty. There is no accountability at all with this company. I was there less than 3 days ago! I explained that I felt terrible and had a very bad cough. I also explained that I needed to get better quickly because I was having eye surgery this coming Wed 12/10 . I REALLY don't want this surgery that I have been waiting for because my eye sight is limited to be canceled because of this cough. The nurse practitioner told me this will go away with 3 days of prednisone with these little balls of useless basically Nyquil! Im still coughing even worse do you think that this money grad business would even care! They wouldn't just prescribe for me a real medication knowing that I was just there and payed my $40 co-pay . My answer to my request for actual real medication was comeback in and pay another $40 then we might give you a more powerful cough medication. I went in because I was having excessive and painful swelling all over my body. I had labs done I paid for myself prior to the appointment. I shared the labs with him. He didn't seem to know what to say. The doctor said repeatedly, "You know this is an urgent care clinic?" What was this supposed to mean? I very urgently did not feel well. He told me to check myself into the ER. I have no insurance. That's why I was trying to avoid spending thousands in an ER. I paid $169 for the worst experience at a health facility I have ever had. From the moment I called to reserve an appointment I was treated efficiently and kindly. I came in 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was taking two minutes earlier than my appointment schedule. I was seeing promptly by the nurse who did the vitals and a few tests I saw the doctor twice all within 30 minutes. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. Employees are rude and argumentative! took my 65yo invalid mother in to be seen, checked in on thier iPad. 10 mins later their asking her if she got the link to her smart phone to fill out the necessary paperwork. I immediately asked for the paper version knowing my mother would struggle and was immediately met with an attitude about how they don't have paper and that she could use their personal iPad to do the check in process. so let's fix a negative with another negative because we're too lazy to take on the responsibility to shuffle and track paperwork! I checked in online before business hours and then had to wait an entire hour before we were seen. Our name never even appeared in the waiting list queue and when I asked about it, they said we were on the list. Meanwhile, my poor kid was extremely uncomfortable and I wondering why everyone was getting in before us. When I asked for the third time why we weren't on the queue, the woman said we hadn't checked in until 8:47, which was actually the time in which I first addressed the fact that we weren't on the queue, which was 30 minutes after we had initially checked in. We were finally called one hour after arrival after at least five walk-ins were called ahead of us. Complete and total incompetence at the front desk. The care that I received at the Hooksett location was fine, correct diagnosis and prescriptions given. The company needs more transparency with the billing. I asked three times what the charge would be and was told each time they didn't know because all insurances are different. I told them I had a high deductible plan and would be paying the whole thing so how much could I expect. They wouldn't tell me. Well, the charge is $325.30. They did discount it by $70 as an insurance adjustment even though my insurance didn't pay. If I had been told that I would have not been seen and would have waited for my primary care the next day. Despite being very busy, and like many places short staffed, their service is great. I arrived before they opened and I was 4th out of 5 people in line when they opened at 8:00 am. We were told be patient as they were understaffed. I was told to come back in an hour but that was fine because they were working hard to provide the best service they could. When I returned, they had me wait in my car and I was screened over the phone within minutes. I immediately went back inside and was taken into a examination room. I was out the door within 45 minutes after my arrival and part of the time was waiting for the covid test results. All the staff was professional and very kind. I've never had a back experience at a ConvenientMD and I'm glad they now have so many locations. read more

Was told that the Windham clinic would definitely be able to see her. Drove to the Windham clinic and was told they didn't have the "equipment " that day for IV hydration and I should try the emergency room. Never again! read more

Would give 0 starts! They had the worst customer service. Always have issues with the Londonderry site. I am a longtime nurse and they turned me away with my 2 small kids bc the nurse didn't want to walk outside to my car which was right in front of the doors. I was told to wait and they would tell me yes or no for coming to covid test me. Mean while the other location took me no problem. Windham has far better customer service and understanding. I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids 3 and 1 and Londonderry made me wait to be told no. When its up to the nurse who clearly needs a break or a new career. I told them I was a nurse and a stay at home mom trying to get my covid test for work. Did not want to bring my kids inside due to obvious reasons. So upset with how awful they were to deal with.
