A sneaker head homeboy, recommended JD Sports for replacement kicks. I walked in and spied the sneaker that I wanted right away-a pair of gray, classic New Balance. I had the exact same style and color in high school. Back then, I thought I was fresh as a Tic Tac in my NB's, herringbone chain and jeans.
