Tim came out the same day I called and gave us what I thought was a fair estimate that included leveling other areas and reworking the walkway around a generator that we had installed after the walkway was built. The Land of Green crew arrived on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. The walkway looks great, there is no evidence of the excavation and the leveling and path modification turned out great as well. At several points during the work Tim had us look at the progress of the work to make sure we were happy with it. This was the type of experience we look for in a contractor, but seems to be harder to find anymore.

The roof line is fairly steep where the repair was needed, and I'm not a big fan of heights. Eric responded quickly the evening I posted my request. He was very reasonable with his initial quote after seeing the photos I posted. He was on my roof a couple days later, popped the siding back in, and secured it further ensuring it stays in place for the next wind storm. Really liked Eric, and he stated that he was a "Jack of all trades". When it comes to any of my future projects/repairs, he will be the first person I call for assistance.

Never came back and did not return my call. Paid him in cash unfortunately and he did not complete what he quoted. Disappointing and will not use him again.

It caused way more problems then intended, and instead of the original planned 3 hours, they spent 8 to make sure everything got done to satisfaction without charging any extra for my driveway taking 3x longer than expected. We expected to have to replace much/all of the driveway, but when Art came out he said he could make it level like a new driveway, and his team did. They were very courteous, and even apologized for staying until 10pm! If I ever have any more mudjacking or concrete repair needs, I will definitely be calling Ace Mudjacking.

Train…read moreConstruction LTD was contracted and completed all work in a very timely manner. 42 inch footings were hand-dug and four layers of concrete blocks installed. Concrete stairs were formed and poured. The crew were extremely efficient and knew their jobs, very clean, overnight the job site was cleaned and caution tape installed. The Contractor was readily available for any questions and worked right along with his men. The four inch slab and custom stairs were poured and professionally finished. Building Inspection was done by the City on three occasions and passed all with no concerns. Very clean and professional and extremely good price. We would not hesitate to use again. Extremely satisfied!

A horrible and unprofessional experience to say the least. I…read morereceived three quotes from three different companies. America's Pros, INC being the most expensive. Myself, being a combat veteran decided to hire the veteran owned company. The job was complicated thus I had no problem paying extra. America's Pros, INC quoted me to acid wash, power wash, stain / seal my extremely large patio (2000 sq ft ish). I had talked to the company on May 1st and wished a deadline of June 1st to have the patio complete for my daughter's birthday, the company complied with my wishes. The company stated they would be out on May 11th to take down payment and begin power washing. After power washing on May 11th I expected a day of drying and them to be back on the 12th or 13th. Needless to say I made multiple phone calls and finally received a call back on May 16th stating they would be out to do the job on May 18th (Whew! Hope was in sight, or so I thought). May 18th comes around.. 9AM... 10AM... 12PM... 3PM... no one comes to the house. I make a phone call to the company's main line, then personal line, no answer. I figured maybe something went wrong, family emergency, etc. I made a phone call on the 19th, and 20th with no answer. I didn't receive a phone call until May 23rd. The company stated his employees would be there at 12:30PM to do the job. Keep in mind during this time frame my sprinklers were off, and I couldn't cut the lawn. They arrive, start on the job, and do it a wrong color that was not agreed on. I stop them and tell them it was supposed to give the patio a dark stone look not a white stone... The employees left and said they would be back later to finish the job. They didn't show up the rest of the day, or the 24th, or the 25th. I finally received a phone call the evening of the 25th stating they would be out the 26th to do a sample on the patio to make sure we liked it. At 11AM they arrive and call me leaving a voicemail stating it's raining and they will come back the 27th. May 27th, no show. 28th, no show. My wife became very concerned with the professionalism of this company... as did I. May 29th, the company arrives in the evening un-announced and doesn't power wash the patio, does a partial stain / seal over bird droppings and dirt. My wife and I agreed on the color and wished it to be done ASAP. The company owner came by May 30th, alone, to do the job. Begun the job at 8:30AM and stated he was completed at 11AM. When I went outside and looked at the "complete job" I was so baffled that this company was labeled "professional." There was stain on the house vinyl, roller marks on the vinyl, missed all around the patio, spotty, covered bird droppings / dirt in stain / sealer. This job was a complete disaster. The only thing the owner said was... you guys are never happy. I'm doing my best. After careful thought and consideration my wife and I thought it was best to request a full refund of our down payment, along with damages for the house, and to get the patio acid washed so we can start fresh with a different company. I have not received a call back. See you in small claims. Do not use this company.
