The reason I decided on allowing this company to do the job was they were able to install next day. What did I hate the most about the install, the late start and the excessive amount of breaks. So much so another company here to install something, mentioned it. "I did not take off marks for that." It was just the worst part of the install. The best thing I loved about the installation is the color of the LVP. A better choice than the other companies I received quotes from. ----- I hate the pricing model from all of the companies. I'd like to see that I was charged the same as the people before me, apples to apples, prices are listed so I can see for myself. ($8+ a sq foot for 420 sq ft and there is no flooring to move. Compare it to the rest of the flooring that was done that included 21 steps. Rooms were bigger and there was carpet, and tack strips to take up. Plus, they already had the product on the truck, per installer. My fear, and I believe it happened. 1st sale was to get the job and the second was to make up the difference from the first sale. I felt I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I loved the color and the reason they didn't get a score of 5 , I just wanted it over. Even though I knew $8+ was on the high side of competitive while telling me you're giving me a deal. Only y'all know if you lied. Since I'm not presented with a price sheet. I hate the, today it's 5, tomorrow it's 2 and next week it's 10. Whatever your head decides it is. You feel robbed while they're smiling in your face. Not once did someone mention the 60% installation, why, cause there's no such thing. Vent over! At the end of the day, I love the color and, install, the people were friendly and my salesman was Great!! He was knowledgeable of the product and delivered what he promised.

I'm a vintage person, so I've had many dealings with carpet installers and products. I can honestly tell you this was one of the best installs and product recommendation I've had in my life. He sent us an invoice very soon after he visited our home. His pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible with timing and payment. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. He answered questions, helped things make sense, and was willing to come over in the evening to measure, since I work late. He gave me the greatest deal, and offered substitions/options and helped make the process easier. He gave me straight up pricing for what I wanted. No hidden costs or "installation" charges to be surprised by, just it's THIS MUCH and that's it! And the prices are GREAT btw!! The store is FULL of stock!! Just about anything you want, they've got it! He took a low holding payment and let me pay in a way convenient for me. the installers arrived on time (actually a little early) and got right to work! They ripped the old stuff out, took it outside, got two bedrooms done and then went back to the store for the major area to be done. This was A) they didnt have to cut the carpet outside in the rain B) it allowed us to move furniture WITHIN the house instead of having to take it outside and cover it all up (which i wouldn't have done anyway, waaaay too much work! ) The installers were very nice, talking and letting my kids ask them question after question !! They got the job done in a good amount of time, cleaned up really well, vaccuumed all the new carpet, and were on their way. I never thought buying carpet could be so easy!

We even abandoned our go-to carpet store to follow their glowing recommendation. We should have seen the writing on the wall when our installation date was delayed 3 weeks. Suddenly we went from carpeting an empty house to working around all of our belongings after a move. They offered to "wave the furniture moving fee." Apparently, this meant scattered our belongings throughout the entire house and not returning them to their proper rooms. This could have been brushed off as a simple annoyance, but the clean-up portion of their installation work was nonexistent. Chunks of carpeting, tack board with exposed nails, and over 100 (yes, I counted) carpet staples were left strewn all over our home. When I called them to discuss concerns, they insinuated I was over-reacting and "fuzzies" are to be expected after a carpet install. No matter how much I described the debris, the comments continued that mild fuzz is part of the installation process. After FOUR HOURS of emergency clean up and one broken vacuum, my husband and I felt comfortable allowing our two young children (3.5 and 14 months) to actually walk around our home. This is my first ever review on a company. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, supporting local, and communicating through challenges. However, when you create a dangerous environment for my children and then tell me I am over-reacting without care beyond collecting your paycheck, the situation shifts. Please, please, please consider taking your business elsewhere. $17,000, a broken vacuum, damaged baseboard, and no sincere concern later... we learned our lesson.
