After contacting the office manager, she could not give me any explanation either after talking to the doctor as why this decision was made by her. I feel that this was due to declining Dr. Massey's suggestion that she see a psychiatrist, which neither my wife or I felt was necessary with the symptoms she was experiencing. It is the only explanation I can think of. So beware, do it her way or hit the highway. I also feel that it is very unprofessional of Dr. Massey not to provide a valid explanation or even speak to my wife prior to her making this decision. If you want to have some control over your own care, this is not the doctor you want to see.

She placed me on hold, checked with the doctor, and confirmed they did. I paid out of pocket before the visit. When I arrived, the DO told me not only did she not do adjustments, but that they "grossed her out." I was then referred to another DO who attempted the adjustment on an ER bed -- with no proper table -- and repeatedly struck me in the face with his stethoscope during the attempt. It was ineffective, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. He became angry and complained to me about his job. I was charged for both visits and am now being pursued for a second charge I do not owe. I've formally disputed the charge and will be reporting them to state authorities. Be warned.

My insurance wouldn't cover my existing inhaler and Dr. Ruddell would not do a pre-authorization. So she switched my inhaler. I had been on the new inhaler for over a year and it was working great, my Asthma was very well controlled. This year my insurance did the same thing with that inhaler so instead of signing a pre-authorization for me she switched my medication again. Not to mention she was upset with me b/c she filled my prescription May 2016 and it was now Feb 2017 and I this was my last refil even though she only wrote me a 6 month supply. She just automatically assumed that I wasn't taking my medication as ordered, forgetting that she had given me samples at the office in May and I also had a couple of my old inhalers left from doing them mail order before my insurance quit covering them. I asked the nurse if I could come by and get a sample of medicine until she could call me in something and was told they would call me back. I was without my Asthma medication for 2 days because all they were worried about was that 6 month appointment that I didn't make. Talk about MONEY HUNGRY!!! I have since cancelled my appointment and will be using my PCP to get my Asthma medication from now on. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. It's not like I was asking for a narcotic or anything. I just needed my inhaler! If I could give a "0" instead of a "1" I would! My doctor referred me to a specialist, and he suggested surgery. I immediately went into depression because the things I used to do I could no longer do them without severe pain. Fall of 2018 I met Dr Keith Currie during my consultation he was so precise about my back. The first day of my treatments I was able to walk out of his office without crutches. Each time I did my treatments my heath became amazingly better. Dr Currie treatment method has truly made a difference in my life.
