I always have a Great experience here. The front desk folks are always very nice. I've seen a few different hygienists here and all of them have been thorough and very friendly. My mouth always feels clean and fresh when leaving! The dentist is great, I always see Dr. Davidson. He's great and has addressed all of my concerns with thorough exams and good advice. I came in on Toothsday May 5th for my dental cleaning appointment, and it is always a pleasure. I arrive to the office and was greeted with a great big beautiful smile. Then my tech came to get me and was very friendly and familial. Even though those tools they use are noisy and scary, I was relaxed as my tech made me feel that way. The Dentist was great ! I would give him 5 stars but his staff up front dropped the ball. I got new insurance and I gave it to them a week before my appointment and they failed to tell me I was out of network until AFTER the service was finished and I paid more then I typically did without insurance. It would have been nice if they would have checked before going back like they were supposed to do and give me the choice to pay $160 or find a dentist in network. Instead , I was standing there with no money and not expecting to pay for a cleaning and xray that I thought was included with my insurance. They had no sympathy and really wasn't bothered by the fact that they dropped the ball and still said I owed. Not cool. read more

I have to say...I don't give a 5 star easily, and certainly never to a dentist. But this practice is just as I heard: exceptional in every way. I went in today for a filling. Now I consider myself to have excellent oral hygiene. I even floss multiple times a day. So I feel like they really have to search for something to work on in there. I was in some disbelief that I even had a cavity, since I had zero indication. When I arrived for the filling, the dental hygienist listened intently. She assured me we would look over everything, repeat X-rays, and have Dr.Davidson talk it over with me. His approach was genuine. In fact, he said I could wait, we could watch it, it was up to me. But that enamel was involved, and it wouldn't resolve on its own. They did empower me. They reassured me and took a picture of it after he started drilling. I have to say, this is the best dental service I have ever experienced. And I am grateful. read more

I don't recommend them for any other procedure other than cleanings & that's only because their hygienist are super nice especially Claudia & it's the only reason they're even getting a star. I've been coming to this office for about 4 years now and they're what I like to call money hungry, I was pressured a couple years ago into getting Invisalign after initially just asking how it works & of course being young and naive I went for it because they made it seem so easy and accessible for me & it was fixing one of my biggest insecurities so they fed of that. Anyways since the start we had a problem with payments and quoting which they quoted me one price in the beginning and I ended up paying a different one at the end which we were able to get pass that but recently I was never given a timeline of expiration for my treatment which would have saved the issue from the start they just made it seem like they could fix any issues with it at any time if there was any dissatisfaction which for a procedure that was a little over 5k I thought was pretty good but no I was completely wrong. There's no loyalty here and I wish I would have listen to the first few reviews of a couple years ago stating the same. I should of just stuck to cleanings and gone somewhere else for actual care. There's no good communication especially with Dr. Lyman who could have easily saved me the trouble of continuing to come back since day 1. read more

Walking in the office very clean and organized. The staff greeted me right away and were very friendly. Minimal to no wait time when arriving . I was walked back and introduced to the professional who took care me back for my exam. Rooms were very clean and technology they use is certainly an upgrade from my prior Dentist office. Once the x-rays and scans were complete it didn't even take a minute for the doctor to come over and assess my teeth and go over my questions and concerns. on the way out the receptionist was able to get me a cleaning appointment within a few days. But to add even more to this great place. boooo no the actually appointment was very easy with the online booking option. You get text or email updates if you prefer.
