Then he said toilet was fixed after I told him it was late and I had to go to bed. He then tried to charge a lot over the highest estimated price I had gotten through Yelp. He said it was because of having to go to warehouses to get supplies, but according to the New Orleans Service guidelines, the customer can expect a reasonable charge for supplies and for it to be timely (I.e., not to take all afternoon and most of the night). He then missed two appointments that he made through texts to come back and fix the job even tho he'd been paid. He finally came and fixed toilet after I texted him. He then argued with me after I pointed out the problems with the job. NOT recommended.

Spoke to a very nice person who took my information and advised me I would be contacted shortly. In a short period of time informed my window for service would be between 10:00am and noon; a two hour window given to me at 9:20am. I can live with that kind of service. Their very professional, knowledgeable, and all around good guy Josh was at my door at 11:18am and worked a miracle for me within an hour of arriving. This review is being prepared in heavenly coolness in my home. The fantastic immediate and professional service by all the staff along with reasonable cost on a Saturday morning makes me happy. This review has 2 parts. Good service for repair/service work; don't call them for…read moreinstallation/renovation needs. Service work = 5 stars! Customer service (for installation) = n/a stars I had a leak in the water line to my bathtub. I called, easy conversation, scheduled 2 days later, service team arrived on time, fixed the leak. Great!! I paid by card. Simple! On the first call about the leak, I explained I was looking for further renovation services: install tub, toilet, and new double vanity instead of 1 sink existing. When the service team repaired the leak, they took photos of the bathroom. After calling the office to follow up, I was told to call back once I purchased all of the material and they could put me on the schedule. So that's what I did, 10 days later. The woman that answered the phone this time was not at all helpful and told me that they cannot do any of the installation work. She made a point to say I was not as important at the contracts that they have in place. I felt completely misled after 3 conversations with this team. It wasted my time and extended the time I was without a bathroom.
