I ordered on 3/4/2022 and received everything except the premium tassel frame. I called them several times and sent them e-mails but received no response. My most recent call was to request cancellation for an item that I never received; my son has already graduated, but this item has yet to arrive; the representative advised me to write an email to the management to request cancellation; I did so, but received no answer after three emails. They excused themselves by saying they were too busy. I'm not sure why they're still busy because they were supposed to deliver all items to schools, which are now closed. They also marked up twice as much for the frame, which I purchased on Amazon for $40 and was much nicer. Do not squander your time! You should only purchase what you need and not extras. Their customer service is inexcusably bad!
