Of course you don't know what will happen when you go to court, but Mr. Jensen did not try to settle or make an offer in my case. I don't think he even looked at any of the documents until the day of the court, and he was in a "pre trial meeting" with the judge and plaintiff's attorney for over 2 hours on the day of the trial. In my case i wound up paying more than if I had just paid what the plaintiff was asking. I had to pay attorney fees and court costs in addition to attorney Jensen's fee. I was looking for a fair price and I told attorney Jensen upfront...on the day I hired him that if it was in my best interest to pay what they were asking I would as I would not be able to afford any additional costs. He assured me that I should "absolutely NOT do that". Silly me...I fell for it and wound up on the hook for an additional $1500.00. Wow--what a great experience. Make no mistake...this is not about winning and losing...this is about not doing anything to represent your client. I know it is petty, but if I could give zero stars I certainly would. :(

I called Richards office to see what my options are. The receptionist was very nice she said she would have Richard call me later. He never called back. After calling once a week for 3 weeks I decided to email. That was a week ago. Still no answer. I have to say that he doesnt seem very professional if he doesnt respond to clients in a timely manner. I hate to do it, but I have to recommend not going with this office.
