I spent considerable time gathering everything they requested, signed their credit authorization so they could obtain my reports directly, completed their intake paperwork, and even obtained additional documentation directly from Regional Acceptance after several attempts. Despite all of that, I was ultimately directed back to the very same dispute process that I had already explained had been exhausted before I ever contacted the firm.
