Their estimate was outrageous- we needed two outdoor faucets replaced that were leaking. Their bid of $1200 included over $1,000 in labor charges alone. I asked for a breakdown of charges but didn't really get a clear answer. I hired someone else, licensed and bonded, and the job took 90 minutes, including a run to the hardware store. $1,000 for basically an hour of pretty simple work felt like an incredible ripoff to us. We paid more for the estimate fee to Cross and Sons than we ended up spending on parts and labor with a friendlier company.

Turns out not a problem with the faucet just a simple resealing of the sink to the vanity. They also made sure all the fittings were properly tightened. They solved the problem and made much less than they would have for replacing the faucet. Honest, observant and professional - can't ask for more.

What's more, they did all this working around my family having a scheduled medical procedure for that day; Troy and his staff were in constant communication with me and handled everything beautifully. Pricing was a dream. More than fair, as quoted, terrific. Pipe is working great. Other than the new part, I can't even tell that they were there; no mess at job site at all. Really impressed with these guys. They do good work, they communicate clearly, they charge very reasonably, they just give off that "good people" vibe, you know?
