While I did not get a notification for this cancellation I understand how refunds work and they are not immediate so I proceeded to order again as was told by a Montrez Grant on the correct site. After ordering and waiting about an hour and some I go to check on food and bring ID and card as requested since the order was a fairly large order. He then immediately looks at the card saying we gotta do better assuming the card is fake because it had a mastercard symbol on a debit card?????? IM CONFUSED. Never been a scammer, never been to this establishment, literally on vacation trying to get food for the 4th of July. it put such a bad taste in my mouth because of the raving reviews of the food but i would never know because they assume if you order a large order it will be disputed. 3 hours wasted, hungry kids, $500 spent and only screenshots that they cancelled/refunded our order. Please do better and actually learn REAL discernment cause this situation was straight BAD BUSINESS PERIOD.
