Cook Unity are great. We've relied on them for our main meal every day for over two years, and we never tire of the meals because of the variety they offer, and the quality of the food. They rotate in new dishes all the time, and have expanded their team of designer chefs. On top of that, they offer full nutritional information, and the ability to filter for various diet needs or preferences. One small downside is that the delivery service they use in our area does not offer precise delivery times, instead they only give us a broad time window, but we've learned to work around that. We've never had health issues related to the quality of the food. Really a great service, especially if you are trying to take care of a busy family with varied schedules, or an elderly parent who needs regular meals support. I love learning about the different chefs on the platform, my favorites being Einat Admony, Miriam Milord, Felipe Donnelly and Jose Garces. Some things they could improve: - Quality Control: Sometimes the same dish doesn't have the same ratio or quality of ingredients the following week - Separated Ingredients: Instructions often ask you to remove some ingredients before heating, but sometimes these ingredients (like pickled red onion for example) are mixed in with the food, making you have to pick it out with your fingers - Price: Like I said, somewhat understandable given the quality and variety, but we often take a break and come back due to the price point and they don't have much more to raise it before we'd second guess it completely read more

I love this service! There are tons of options that are being changed and updated all the time. I use these as my lunches for the week. They also have breakfast options. You can rate your meals afterwards and mark them as favorites. If a meal is not good quality, they will reimburse you as long as you send a photo. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that some meals feel too small for the price per meal (which comes out to about $17).
