Three-star review for Cookie Co. The cookies themselves are delicious, but the overall experience was just okay. When you walk in, the place feels a little lackluster. It's not very cute or inviting like some other dessert and sweets shops, which was a bit disappointing. The bigger issue was the customer service. The person behind the counter seemed very focused on making cookies and didn't really pause to help customers fully before going back to what they were doing. It felt more like they were trying to help while multitasking instead of giving customers their full attention, which made the service feel a bit lacking. That said, the cookies really are tasty. Pro tip: check the Too Good To Go app because sometimes Cookie Co. offers discounted cookie boxes there. That's actually how I picked mine up, and the deal itself was fantastic. The bargain on that alone feels like five stars. But because of the ambiance and the service, my overall rating lands at three stars.

I've passed by here so many times and finally stopped in. Service was welcoming and super friendly. Merch items available for purchase. Cookie flavors displayed in front by register. Small or large cookies with seasonal and classic flavors. I gotta say this one cookie took a few days to finish. It's a winner! Luv vanilla and this sprinkle classic was my fave! Limited parking right in front with parking garage right across the street. Close to downtown. Will definitely stop in again.

I went to cookie co recently for the first time. I found out about them online under the name Hot Box cookies. Apparently they have renamed or rebranded since they don't exist on maps under that name anymore. Cookie Co is very similar to crumble cookie if you are familiar. They sell Jumbo cookies with different flavors that rotate weekly with a few base ones. The inside of the store was very cozy with chairs and tables for eating. They also had some of their own merch for sale in the store. I got the classic chocolate chip cookie. It's flavor was amazing. Thick and Crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Despite it's fantastic taste, it didn't sit well, and left me with a very annoying heartburn that flared up for almost two days. I am a very active person and usually eat very healthy so heartburn is not something I get often. I know it was this cookie since I got a second one and tried it again a few days later and had the same result. Date of visit: March 26, 2025

I tried a box of their cookies and they did not disappoint! FAVS: The Coffee Cake Cookie 10/10 Soft, sweet, with the perfect cinnamon swirl, easily my favorite. The OG Chocolate Chip 10/10 MUST HAVE Classic done right: gooey, rich, and perfectly crispy.

Cookies were fine. The key lime flavor was the best. The parent trap (based on movie lol! Peanut butter and oreos) though cute, didn't taste fresh nor the lucky charms one. I got all mini cookies. But they were all different sizes. Good thing the key lime pie was the biggest and that tasted the best.

This is such a cute cookie shop. When it comes to cookies I use to go to crumbles in Los Angeles but ever since I moved to Redlands I kept seeing this place every time my husband and I drive around downtown Redlands. We drove by today and decided to check this place out. As soon as you walk in you get the most sweet and yummy scent from the cookies that they are making. I got the chocolate chips, snickerdoodle and the s'more cookie. They all tasted sooo good and most and easy to eat . Don't show up for any of their promos. Their free cookie day "no code. No catch" not true There is a catch. Apparently you can only get it if you are an IG user and have to show proof. Then stop sharing your ads to Facebook cookie co and maybe don't have a page at all. I haven't had IG in 2 years and my life is better without it.... thought it would be a fun treat to get with my toddler...nvm!

UPDATE- the taste and size of these cookies have taken a significant nose dive. I was a former weekly customer- however after consistently being let down by size and freshness, I have scaled back. I now only visit once every few months. And while i understand that size can vary slightly based on thickness and or spread of the cookie, when baking- the size now is embarrassingly small. The filling of the "hostess cupcake" cookie was almost non existent. I figured just an error. Upon trying a second cookie- I realized it was intentional and just more "scaling back". These cookies used to fill My hand. Now they're scantly larger than my palm and all tasted as if they're a day or two old . (See photos) Please disregard any previous statement (see below)I made regarding cookie co. Anyone hating on her for having cookies that may or may not emulate those of Crumbl needs to take a seat. She is a local mom trying to support her burgeoning family with her delightfully tasty cookies. Who cares if she's used a popular chain bakery as inspiration for a few cookies, she made them her own and did a dang good job doing so....I drive from Beaumont to Redlands just for these cookies at least once a week. I will forever support local, mom and pop shops over heavily trafficked chains. Her unique flavors have even opened up my palate to flavors I didn't know I liked. My personal recommendations are cookie butter, hot cocoa and rolo. Seriously, give her cookies a chance and you won't be disappointed.

I came here last month for training in Redlands with my new friend, Candy. She said that it is her favorite cookie place, she was right! I really wanted the oatmeal raisin cookie, but they were out of stock - must be popular! I ordered the peanut butter (vegan), I am not vegan but that was the only choice of the peanut butter. It did not disappoint. It was the best out of all 3 that I got. No one can resist a plain chocolate chip cookie. I also got an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. They were reasonably priced and not overpriced, which is good. I can't wait to go back. They are way better than the popular brand cookies!

Hands down the best cookies I've ever had. I've never been disappointed in any flavor I've tried but my favorite is always chocolate chip and the cookie butter ones are another favorite I forget the actual name but soooo good! I love the owners they make you feel like friends anytime you talk to them even if things are busy. Also I love that they also sell other small business items in the shop and I hardly ever leave without buying a new candle or some other gift. If you haven't tried a cookie from Cookie Corner, you are missing out! We ordered chocolate chip and oreo cookies for our pop-up wedding in early October. Elise is so sweet and super quick to respond each time I reached out to her. I inquired about ordering a few times. Elise recommended that I contact her the week prior to my event to find out what the cookie menu would be for the upcoming week. Originally we wanted chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, but snickerdoodle wasn't an option for that week. Nonetheless, the cookies we ended up with were AMAZING and such a big hit at our wedding. My wife and I decided to try this place last week and we're very glad that we did. The cookies are big and delicious and shareable. We really liked that because it meant that we could cut them in half and try different flavors . The staff there worked so quickly but were also very friendly so you get a sense that everyone there is happy to be there which is always a positive experience in my book. I'll be coming back on a regular basis to try different flavors. read more

I pulled up before work not knowing the hours of operation, and I was greeted by Matt, the owner. He told me they don't open until 11. I wasn't upset, but told him I couldn't come back. If I lived in Redlands I would be here every singe week, maybe every day. I come out this way for my chiropractor and every time I have to stop here to get the new delicious flavors! I have never been disappointed. My husband and I love cookie dough so them being "under baked" is our favorite part about them. We hop on Instagram every Sunday to see what the new flavors will be. I have heard great things about Cookie Co in the past years and recently I went in and grabbed a peanut butter cookie aside from the bad reviews. Should not be as surprised as I am but the quality in the cookie was terrible and undercooked. It seems that they are concerned about quantity over quality these days, much like a cheap buffet. The customer service was below average as well, the workers look and sound like they were not happy to be working. If the cookie quality was excellent I probably would not have cared for the lack of customer service, the whole experience was not ideal. I'd suggest to focus on quality over quantity maybe that will make up for the lack of customer service. Response to owner: I see that you reply not only unprofessionally but with a passive aggressive tone to negative reviews and that itself is one reason I will not recommend your business to others. I have worked fast food in the past and let's be honest you can have the same recipes/ingredients and your bakers can simply severely undercook your cookies. You promote SLIGHTLY undercooked cookies but did you bother to note that my experience was almost like eating raw cookie dough? Interesting enough my preference are chewy cookies and this one was again almost raw. I also would like to note that it's clear there are negative reviews on the customer service provided. Instead of trying to bash a negative comment, respectfully take the time to review how you can do better not only as an owner but as a leader of what is advertised as great customer service. Your workers obviously follow in your footsteps. read more

Love Cookie Corner cookies!! Chocolate chip is my favorite!! Customer service is always great, and they always acknowledge you when you enter even when they're busy. Also they help with the cc machine, sometimes it has issues but they always remain friendly. They all wear their masks which is great. The cookies are huge and super soft but crispy on the outside. Most places the cookies get hard after a day not at Cookie Corner. I cut my cookies in fours so I can eat through out the week and the cookies are still fresh after several days in the original box. I'm so glad they were able to open their shop and I pray they have continued success and sell out every day. read more

Everytime I come in, the staff are always friendly and the store is very clean. I love how substantial the cookies are, I usually can only eat half and save the rest in a ziploc, but to be honest, they don't last long around here lol! Love how they have different flavors every week. read more

I went there today and ordered 2 cookies. One was a magic cookie and I was given a the monster cookie. The woman asked me twice if I wanted the monster and each time I said no the magic one please and even pointed to the picture twice. They do not show you the box of your order and shame on me for not checking. I did Not notice until I got back to kalamaisa.. I called and asked them to give me credit because they are $4 a cookie. They told me I could come back and get another one well it's a little too far to drive and it was pouring rain so definitely not worth it. I asked them to credit my card they would not. So if you are going to steal recipes, styles, even days closed from Crumbl then maybe you should also steal their customer service of showing the order to customer before you close it up because yours is not as good as theirs and neither are your cookies. So after reading your response I find it funny that you focused more on my opinion then your apology...that really shows your arrogance. This was my 2nd time to your place, the 1st time the butter cream frosting was broken on the sugar cookie but I gave you the benefit if the doubt... my mistake, not this time!! read more

OK, so I know you've heard it before, but these are hands-down the best cookies. I've gotten a box of cookies twice in the last two weeks, so I guess you could say this is a new weekly ritual for us. As soon as I get the cookies home, my family completely devours them. Also, these cookies are huge. My husband has a big appetite and could only eat half a cookie at a time. So far, our favorites are sea salt/caramel and Oreo. You have to try this place - you will not be disappointed. read more

Quality ingredients. Good variety each week, always check for ur favorites every Sunday evening. Nice, local, family owned. Definitely taste homemade. My top favorite was around Christmas, It was called Hot Cocoa. I have visited Cookie Corner several times over the last ten months and the service has been great. The owner's husband was super kind and appreciative; you can really tell that the community and cookies are important to the business. Cookies are great and actually caused me to gain some weight (totally my fault due to lack of self-control). If I lived/worked closer to Redlands I probably would be in a lot more. read more

I was so excited to try this place. The cookies were a bit raw in the center so we ate around the edges and it was okay but for nearly 15$ for four cookies it's just too pricey to not be completely happy. I've been reading reviews and the business owners engagement and responses is horrific to see. That's what's mostly off putting. I would be willing to give it another try but now I definitely won't be coming back. Sad because I would love to support a local business but I don't think I'm willing to support someone that treats people the way I've seen her respond to some of these customers and past customers. read more

Established in 2020.

We opened to the public on August of 2020. At the height of the pandemic, as we were building our location, construction was very slow. I told the lady in the cashier that their menu needs to be more truthful and indicate that it'll be corned beef hash and not sliced corned beef you would find in more legit delis. If they advertise 1/3 lb of corned beef and they deliver 1/4 lb of corned beef hash, they need to indicate so in their menu. I don't believe I shall return due to the bad food experience I had, but I am more of a picky when it comes to food since I am a very particular Chef. This is just my personal review of this place and why the single star rating.

First, they had no boxes that fit a tall two layered cake which left the cake exposed. The cake was immediately put in the refrigerator until the next day. The top cake started to slant, the decoration bled into the frosting, frosting was not smooth in areas and the red color faded. I asked for Bavarian cream filing in one layer and got vanilla. One decoration fell before serving. I was so embarrassed that I did not even serve the cake that day. It went back in the frig until the next day when we cut it and realized issues with the cake itself. The vanilla cake was dry and the filing was wrong. At their request I sent an email with the issues and asked them to review and respond. No response, so I called. I am not sure who I talked to, but she said that she didn't need to respond to my email, and that they had cameras and the cake was perfect when it left the bakery and that it WAS MY FAULT. The pictures that I sent showing them what I was talking about only confirmed to them that it was my fault. I must have left it out all night for this to happen and what do I want them to do about it. Well, that was the wrong thing to say to a customer. Got me on the defensive and voices were raised. What I was looking for is not to get reimbursed; although, now after this conversation, yes; but for them to at least have some compassion and not be on the defensive and placing blame on the customer. I will never return or recommend this bakery for any of our events.

I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

These cookies have brought a glimmer back into my eyes throughout this whole pandemic. I look forward to the box I pick up almost every Friday, to recover from working hard all week. I know the money I spend when I can afford it is going right back into the local economy, and keeping local families afloat. Although I have never had the experience of employees at this establishment not wearing appropriate PPE as said in another review, I can understand how frustrating they can be, as someone who has to wear one for up to 12 hours a day (me), especially for those employees who are working with the ovens in the kitchen (them). They're hot, they weren't our norm until recently, and they don't cooperate after long hours of wear. I'm not here to make excuses for the workers, I'm acknowledging that above everything, these people are human and deserve some decency. The owners go above and beyond each day for this community, and the workers they have hired are so valuable - whether it's parents trying to make ends meet for their families or young kids working their way through college in tough circumstances (pandemic/online coursework/whatever). It's a beautiful sight to see as their audience, and positive reinforcement is 100% required in times like these, just like masks and social distancing. At the end of the day, I'm paying $3+ a cookie (which isn't terrible tbh) to see a small business beat the odds and a very kind family build a future for themselves. You will never meet a better chocolate chip cookie. I have been getting cookies since this shop opened in August. I have loved watching them grow. Each week I love trying the new cookies. My all time favorite is still chocolate chip, but I also love Biscoff, Sea Salt & Caramel, Fruity Pebbles, and Monster. This week there newest cookie was Drumstick and it was out of this world. You can tell they use the best ingredients, and they are always fresh. The staff is always so friendly, and kind. They always ask me how my day is going and have helped me to my car when I have bought multiple boxes and twisted sodas. Be sure to try a Twisted Soda! My favorite Twisted soda is the HWY 38 with Rootbeer. I love that it is a family, locally owned shop. The owners are so kind hearted. Over Christmas they had a giving tree and got the whole community involved! The owners always friendly even when it is busy. Their cookies are delicious and HUGE- if I'm feeling ambitious I can eat almost a full one in one sitting, but usually a few bites will satisfy my sweet tooth and the cookie will last me more than 1 day. My favorites are the Oreo and the Apple Crumb. But there are seriously so many delicious flavors. And they change every week, so I love checking their instagram account every Sunday to see the announcement for that week's cookies. I love that they use good quality ingredients, and support other local small businesses. The cookies are seriously worth the price. And I have never felt anything but safe in their shop during COVID, which enforce masks and distancing, supply hand sanitizer, and are taking all precautions and following necessary protocols. I'm obsessed. Actually, my whole cookie crew is obsessed. First off, the smell of this place -- OMG -- Cookie Corner is what heaven smells like, I'm sure of it. They are literally baking 4 different types of cookies just a few feet away from you... and they are served warm, DELICIOUS and HUGE. Nothing about these cookies are crumbly or hard -- they're perfect. I've made the 30min drive just about every Monday to try the week's featured creations and I always come out with a box of cookies. They know my name now. Plus, watching them hard at work making the cookies right behind the counter makes you appreciate it more and feels like you're getting the cookie baked just for you! I wanted to say I loved how I was treated the other day at this location. Overall amazing and heartfelt memory I personally will never forget. I had recently lost my childhood pet so I came in to get a couple of cookies and I was greeted by the most sweetest girl named Kylie. She welcomed me in educated me about the cookies but noticed I was upset. I had let her know about my loss and she comforted me and she personally bought me an extra cookie and said "here this one is on me now smile, she goes on to say "this day will pass this is not your forever" long story short her words and that peanut butter cookie she bought me was amazing. We live in San Diego but by Sister in Law lives in Riverside. Her best friend introduced her to these delicious cookies thus introducing them to us. We had our first four pack brought to us at her house from her best friend during Thanksgiving. WE. WERE. HOOKED! I am not a cake/cupcake girl. I am the brownie, cookie, ice cream girl. We loooove cookie corner! We're from Utah where there are drink and cookie places all over and I was missing it Soooooo badly.... finally cookie corner made their appearance and I'm sooooooo happy!! We try to hit it up once a week Last time I went in I had to bring in my 3 little kids (one being a baby) and the staff was so patient with us, spoke so kindly to my little kids and helped us out to our car. So so sweet of them to see their awesome customer service and I know that they put a lot of love into their small business. My family absolutely loves this place. I was referred by a friend and I am so happy she told me about Cookie Corner. I can't pick one favorite cookie flavor because they are so good. I love that they mix things up and only offer some flavors each week. I follow them on Instagram so I know what flavors they offer each week. I think the price of the cookies is what it should be given the size and quality. I have paid this price and sometimes more at other places that have smaller cookies that weren't the best tasting. I love to support small local businesses with one of a kind foods like Cookie Corner. I will continue to go there and refer my friends. Thank you for such a yummy place to visit. read more

I live in LA and was spending a few weeks with the parents in the IE. We were looking for something sweet, and decided to head down to downtown Redlands. Redlands has changed so much in the past four years, for the better, and this place is one of the reasons. Great cookies!!! Awesome little shop, and really nice ladies helping us out. We stopped by five mins before closing and they were super friendly and helpful. Cookies are so big!!! I love the marketing and branding. These make great gifts. Small businesses are such a huge part of our community and places like this just really help revitalize it even more. read more

COOKIE CORNER IS AMAZING! The owners are so friendly and greet every customer with a smile and a friendly conversation. They are awesome! Anytime I want to brighten my week or someone else's my first thought is to pick up cookies from Cookie Corner. Their cookies are so soft&AMAZING! They are big enough to share and are always a must have when I have company over. Anyone who tries them always comments on how good the cookies are. Wow! Impressed by positive reviews and quite frankly repulsed by the negative one. Elise is pregnant, busted her ass to open a business during Covid, has been working 7 days a week, more than 10 hours a day, in a HOT kitchen, baking. Y'all with your lame reviews should get a job and spend your time being more productive before opening your mouths. As a local business owner myself, and a human, the first thing you SHOULD do is simply speak to the owners or managers and go from there. Cookie Corner is heaven on earth! My entire family love this place so much and not only do the cookies never cease to disappoint, but so do the staff! Any day we choose to include a visit to Cookie Corner is a great day to be alive and I hope that this place forever remains successful and prospers greatly! I can't get enough of cookie corner! The cookies are soooooo good!! I always look forward to Sundays when the cookies for the week are announced. I pretty much go once a week and have pretty much tried all the flavors and love them all! I also always get a twisted soda (the boulevard with Diet Coke is my fave ). The staff is very friendly and helpful. They follow covid rules and staff are wearing masks and there are markers on the floor which helps me feel comfortable going in as I don't actually go into too many places right now. A++++, do yourself a favor and get some cookies!! read more

I'm seriously hooked on these cookies! My husband and I travel a lot for bodybuilding shows, both as coaches and competitors ourselves, so needless to say we've had some incredible cookies to celebrate all across the country, and these make some of those cookies taste like cardboard! I know these are pretty well known at this point, but they still deserve more hype! Easily in the list of best cookies I've ever eaten! Not just amazing cookies but a family that adds VALUE to this world! The kind hearts in this business is absolutely hands the second best thing about this business, the first is 100% the Maple Bacon Cookie! The Cookie Corner had an amazing Christmas Charity event that HAD to have been a labor of love! And speaking of labor, did I mention the owner is pregnant and in there every day I have been! Cookie Corner has become one of my favorite places to get a treat! Their cookies are always baked fresh and handmade. They have friendly service and drink options ! The cookies are on rotation weekly with the exception of chocolate chip which is great since it's my kids favorite! Wr have gone through seasons where we popped in weekly because the cookies are that good and so fun to try all the new combos! Not to mention the owners love and support of other small businesses which they feature in shop! It's worth every penny and they make great gifts! read more

Cookie Corner is, hands-down, the BEST treat around. Warm, HUGE, delicious cookies that will keep you coming back for more. Flavors change weekly, which is a nice surprise. For my daughter's birthday, she requested Cookie Corner over cake and ice cream. Yum! Their "Twisted Sodas" are delish. We love checking out all of the non-food goodies, from local crafters/small businesses, in their little shop too. If you've never been, go! This amazing place keeps me coming back for more each week! I love the atmosphere of Cookie Corner and I can't wait to see what will be added to the interior overtime. The cookies are constantly being baked throughout the day and you are able to tell when biting into a fresh, soft and perfect cookie. I love how they named the twisted sodas after streets in Redlands too! Make sure to check out their instagram stories weekly for the menu options. Absolutely worth every penny!! From the moment you walk through the door you're greeted with sweetness from the smell of the cookies and the amazing staff. I was so impressed with the taste of the cookies and the size!!! ... that I have returned multiple times... then I found out that they change the flavors weekly! SCORE! Salted Caramel and Maple Bacon are my two favorites... but the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip are a close second. No matter which one you choose you will not be disappointed! read more

Favorite cookie place ever! I drive the 6 1/2 miles out of my way to grab cookies once every other week and my friend does the same the alternate weeks. :) during covid we have use this place to give us a reason to get together and enjoy a treat. Yes they are pricier than your average cookie but businesses have overhead and direct costs and you can't imagine what kind of loops small businesses have to jump thru to have a business in California and you get quality over quantity. Worth every cent. read more
