    Chocolate Kit Kat cupcake

Really wanted to love this place, but the desserts just weren't good. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and the staff were so friendly! They offered suggestions, and we decided to go with their cupcakes. The place is so cute inside, and they have tables to sit inside. The Kit Kat cupcake we tried was not good. The cake was very dry. The frosting was good, but the Kit Kat was so stale. unfortunately they had sprinkled the Kit Kat over the frosting, so the bites of frosting were covered in stale Kit Kat.

This was my first time coming into SugarBloom Cakery and the place is super cute. The ambiance is charming and welcoming, and it immediately felt like a fun spot to stop for a treat. We tried the chocolate raspberry cupcake, and it had strawberry preserves inside, which was such a delicious surprise. Honestly, it was so good it kind of blew me away. I also ordered a cold brew and had them sweeten it for me. The coffee itself was good, but the only downside was that they charge extra for the syrup and the milk. That was a little "meh" for me because I'm not really used to paying extra for those add-ins, especially since I'm spoiled by my Panera Sip Club. One thing I absolutely loved though was the packaging. The box the cupcake came in and the little bags they had were so cute. They honestly felt gift-worthy, like you could easily grab something here and bring it to someone as a present. The service was really good and the overall vibe of the shop is adorable. They also offer tastings for weddings or events, which I thought was cool. I believe it was around $75 for two people and included a few different flavor samples. Overall, it's a really cute spot and I would definitely come back for the sweets. The cupcake alone was worth it. I'd probably skip the coffee next time just to avoid the upcharges, but still a solid four stars

Amazing experience! She was straightforward, knowledgeable, and packed the class with useful baking tips. The cinnamon rolls we made were incredible, and the experience made me fall in love with baking all over again. She made learning fun, answered all my questions, and created a relaxed environment that made the class enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend her one-on-one classes to anyone wanting to improve their baking skills.

The best cinnamon rolls ever!! I recently placed an order for baby shower desserts. The cookies and rice krispy treats were beautiful and tasty. I received alot of compliments how beautifully decorated they were. Great communication and order went smoothly.

It's ridiculously cute in here! Staff greeted us when we arrived and helped us decide what to order since everything looked so good! The cookie butter chai was really good and I've never seen that offered anywhere else. I tried the Mil Hojas and it was light and flaky and just the right amount of sweet. My friend got the cinnamon roll and it was classic, delicious cinnamon roll.

I got to discover this bakery through JogDawgs! I got here an hour early before the run just for me to check out the place, and wow it blew me away! As soon as you step inside, you'll be swept up with pastel colors and a genuine, sincere effort put into the space that invites friendly conversations to blossom over sweet pastries and drinks. All the pastries made me salivate, because of how freshly baked they were and the variety they offered. I've been told the churro cake is the most popular, and they were sold out by the time I got there. The next time, I hope to get the churro cake. In seeking to support the local business through JogDawgs and get some sweets for friends who are studying for their finals I got the following based on the staff's recommendations: **Brownie **Strawberry croissant **Strawberry shortcake cupcake **Green apple and pumpkin maple maracons I marveled at how shiny and beautiful the pastries were! They were equally delicious and I can tell the staff seeks to provide the best experience for each customer. Thank you all for the work you do, and God bless you all.

Well, honestly it's a cute local spot in Redlands. Cute decorations. But honestly I would give 3.5 out of 10. The strawberry chocolate was my favorite. But then, apple pie and strawberry cinnamon rolls were disappointing. The rolls were too dry and very little of the fillers compared to size of the rolls. Every bite, I had to take a sip of my americano. And overall, nice experience but too pricey. 3 items and 2 drinks cost me $50.

Food - amazing creative carousel for your taste buds - if you like pistachios and cheesecake you are going to love their pistachio cheesecake - The bakery is a beautifully vibed cafe that feels like a girls night out where everything clean, good and girly come to upgrade the warmth and friendliness of a donut shop but winks to Michelin star fusion status, someone who knows their stuff made this. Twenty-two years living and eating in Redlands and I have never felt so at home and fancy at the same time. I randomly popped in to their shop for a sweet lil something to go several months ago and was blown away by their strawberry shortcake dream - with the creamiest most delightful frosting I have ever tasted. This frosting is beyond amazing I wanted to buy a tub of it, but it's not for sale in tubs, only on the cupcakes. Biting into the strawberry shortcake cupcake greets your taste buds with fresh slivered strawberries tucked inside, whispering that this decadent choice is absolutely worth it. Served by friendly faces that make you feel like a regular from the first visit. "Yeah fancy but y'all is welcomed"Come sit down or grab and go - it's worth whatever you have time to invest. More than sugar is blooming at Sugar Bloom: great pastries, creativity, and lattes with a high end all should come vibe.

I'm really torn writing this review because the cake itself was beautiful -- it looked very similar to my inspiration photo and photographed nicely. When we first went in to order, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and they even let me try a lemon raspberry cupcake for free, which I appreciated. However, for $650, I expected a much more professional experience. First, they lost my paperwork. Then they had our delivery date wrong, and we were told they had to "squeeze us in" to actually make it happen (which was quite stressful to hear the day before our wedding). On top of that, the flavors were incorrect. I had ordered Victorian Wedding Cake for the bottom 8" tier and Lemon Raspberry for the top 6" tier. The entire cake was lemon raspberry. Unfortunately, some of our family members are allergic to raspberry and couldn't have any cake at all. The pricing also was frustrating. The starting price was $750 (not including delivery), and I was able to barter for a lower price of $650 (including delivery) by choosing cream flowers instead of gum paste, which felt a bit random given the overall cost. I wish I looked through the Yelp reviews before ordering my wedding cake, because below there is a couple that had a similar experience... 2 stars It was a beautiful cake, but at this price point, I expected better organization, accuracy, and professionalism. Though they are very nice people I am writing this review as a customer/consumer. I truly feel like I didn't get what I paid for, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward. Flavor was good and I changed my two stars to three, for the cake served its purpose and our wedding was a dream come true. Thank you.

They made me an absolutely beautiful vegan cake for my daughters birthday. It came out exactly how I wanted. So happy with it and it was very big! We got the vanilla berry which was so so good! Very happy with the cake and service. Definitely recommend!

First time here and so glad I checked it out. I purchased a variety of cupcakes and some wedding cookies sooo good. This spot is awesome and a new go to for me for baked goods such a great selection of cupcakes, cookies, brownies and so many other options that's not even counting the espresso's can't say enough. The staff are very friendly professional and helpful. The setting is relaxing and comfortable perfect for enjoying some awesome baked goods and a drink. I'll definitely be a regular

HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

This drink took me by surprise! Really enjoyed it! CHOCOLATE SEMOLINA OLIVE OIL LOAF It wasn't bad, but a bit disappointed that it was straight up chocolate loaf. Technically, it is more of a cocoa loaf, as it is not sweet nor is there chocolate in it. However, it had a lovely spongy, bouncy texture. Flavor-wise, it's nothing special especially with the long name and all. SUNSHINE MATCHA LATTE (Iced) Nekohama matcha. Latte was a bit sweet. But you can taste the Earl Grey and matcha. Got it with whole milk. It made it creamy, which was good. I did taste a hint of lemon in it as well. Honestly did not like that extra lemon flavor, as it distracted from the Earl Grey itself. I don't think the lemon was necessary. There was citrus flavor, but not tartness. I think citrus peel would have been better if they wanted an extra citrus flavor. Overall, it wasn't bad except the lemon flavor. Really threw me off. CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was nice. Recommended drinks were good. INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATS A-PLENTY Ambiance had a retro feel, which was fun. Indoor was packed! No tables or seats available. Smaller tables for 2. Outdoor tables and seats were available. I've tried their matcha latte multiple times and it's honestly comparable to some of the famous matcha spots in OC and LA. Their thai tea is also excellent but my favorite drink has to be the hojicha black sesame with boba. The hojicha has an amazing roasted aroma while the black sesame salted cream adds a rich, nutty, and savory depth that makes the drink incredibly addictive. The handmade boba is the real highlight. Hoji shared the same parking lot with a coffee shop we're familiar with! On a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of parking. When you walk up to the store, there isn't a sign on the outside. Before walking in, there's also a posted sign that says only 10 people at a time. We counted about 6 people, and proceeded to walk in. The decor is timeless and vintage. Super cool to look at and enjoy. We turned around and there was the cashier. It definitely is a small as can be. We took a bit of time looking at the menu and then deciding our drinks. We were a bit indecisive, but settled on their Rose Salted Cream and their Hojicha Black Sesame. The cashier was a bit interesting and didn't bother to help us or explain anything. He had us repeat our order a few times out of inattentiveness. It wasn't loud in there, but he definitely wasn't listening. Immediately after our order, he goes on his phone. Another worker had finished making a drink for a customer, and had to nudge the cashier to let him know the drink was ready. Even then, he wasn't on alert about it and made a face at the customer who stood up to grab the drink. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. We took our photos and left to sit in the car. It was quite small and stuffy in there. Our drinks were delightful! You can definitely taste the hojicha. The black sesame didn't overpower the drink, as for the rose salted cream, it was flowery enough. The boba itself was definitely handmade and perfectly chewy. I can understand why this store's drinks are a favorite. I deducted a star because of the service and attitude. We walked out the door saying goodbye, and even then, they didn't seem to care. The customer service here is lacking, but at least the drinks are decent. I might wait to see if any changes are made to their workers before coming back to try again.

It was fair priced, a large slice, good presentation, good amount of crumble, not dry, and not too sweet. My mom enjoyed hers as well. As for the coffee, it is amazing. I tried the iced oat milk meteorite latte and it was absolutely amazing. I usually ask for half sweet, but the drinks here are, as the owner said, "balanced." That is my go to drink. My mom loves their matcha. I've had it as well and it is just as amazing. They had a strawberry matcha with strawberry sauce at the bottom and strawberry cold foam on top. However, the sauce was too sweet for us so we did plain matcha and strawberry foam and it was 10/10. I wish they brought this one back. They now have like a triple matcha that is also really good. It is matcha with matcha foam and a matcha dust. Really great. Service: The service is really great. The employees are welcoming, patient, and kind. I also really appreciate that the cafe accepts reusable cups. That says a lot about their environmental conscious. This is actually one of the reasons I return. I do not need a discount on the coffee for using my own reusable cup, however this might incentivize others to bring their own and return. A rewards program would also be good. Ambiance: Plenty of seating -- plenty. There is a bus inside with plants for sale. There are a lot of retro and vintage trinkets with a hint of plants and space. I enjoy that there are couches as well as tables and chairs. There are outlets available but I think there could be more. One reason why I do not tend to work here though is because it gets so hot there in the summer. They do have fans but, I like a nice cool environment. There is plenty of parking as well. Ordered the Thai tea with sea salt cream and boba. The drink itself tasted very good and def could…read moretell ingredients were pure and natural. My only issue is that there was barely any actual drink. It was only filled like 60% of the way and then a ton of foam on top. So by the time you put the boba in there's literally just a bit of actual drink. For $9 I honestly would expect something more. Might I suggest less foam or a slightly larger cup to accommodate foam. Although it was delicious it did feel off due to price and amount of drink given. Def needs less foam and more drink. As far as customer service the lady who made my drink did have a nice polite smile. The young girl who took my order wasn't the most friendly. Answered questions with a lack of confidence/unsure. A warm greeting/smile goes a long way. She didn't do anything wrong, just a perspective from a customer as I'm sure the company is always searching for way to improve. Thank you Though for a delicious drink!

Tsoko Cafe (TC) is #6 on our food adventure's list and it's right next door to TUSL... perfect! TC is also one of the OG food vendors at RPM. Their signature drinks, matcha series, Tsoko latte series, milk teas, iced teas, and coffees are handcrafted with care and creativity. We still sat in front of TUSL. I ordered at the TC counter. Young lady behind the counter didn't show much expression except to take my order. Got Butterfly Pea Flower with peach flavor for my eldest daughter, House Brown Sugar Boba for my youngest daughter, and Halo-Halo for moi. We got our drinks quite swiftly. Both my daughters enjoyed their drinks, however, we were disappointed that about 2 inches of liquids were taken off from the top of their drinks just because we asked for no ice. It's a bummer when shops do that. As for my Halo-Halo, it was just okay. I felt it lacked sweetness and it was small for a $10+ drink. Probably won't order it again. Didn't get a bang for my buck. Anyway, if you're a drink enthusiast who desires delightful experiences, Tsoko Cafe may be the place for you. Come seek and celebrate with a refreshing drink. We'll return to try some of their other specialty drinks that may give more value for my money. Btw, NO CASH PAYMENT ACCEPTED! Note: Park for free at 101 W Stuart Ave. Very short walk to the market. Train tracks are between parking and market. Cross with care.

H - Hospitality - The staff is friendly, respectful, hardworking, and personable. In no particular order: Zoe, Mandy, Grace, Zach, Piper, Reagan, Mackenzie, David, Ava, Amelie, Rivers, Casey, and Emery (apologies if I've missed anyone) all demonstrate a high level of customer service. Each person brings different strengths that promote a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The owners, Nick and Rayji, are passionate about their craft and never cut corners when it comes to providing the best products and service possible. I've witnessed the rare moments where a drink was missed, something was spilled, an order was misunderstood, or a rude customer walked in, and every situation was handled with kindness and great hospitality regardless. O - Outstanding Drinks - Having visited hundreds of coffee shops across LA and Orange County, I can confidently say Hooray keeps up with the best of them. The coffee isn't too acidic, and the drinks have been consistently excellent. My favorites are the Honey Cinnamon Latte, "Zach's Special," and the Golden Hour (thanks for bringing it back!). I'm not typically a matcha drinker, but the Golden Hour is my exception. O - Open, Inviting Space - Although Hooray can get busy on weekends, the outdoor seating adds a welcoming option. The nook in the back is a great place to disappear into a book or dive into your work. The bar seating is my favorite because I can socialize with the baristas. Also, parking is one of Hooray's biggest advantages over many coffee shops in Redlands. R - Reasonable Prices - Drinks and food are reasonably priced. They bring in pastries from Two Trees and Deuax. Always a good selection. They also make food in-house, and it's all delectable. My go-to orders are the Avocado Toast, Grilled Cheese, Quesadilla, and Turkey Pesto Panini. A - Aesthetic & Décor - Hooray has a cute, quaint, and homey feel. It's a great place to hang out with a friend or family member, get some work done, or simply study. The music varies depending on who's working, classic rock, indie, house, pop, rap, R&B, and more. It has never been too loud for me. Y - You'll Want to Come Back! Just like me! Thank you, Hooray, for being a part of the community and creating an environment where people can be themselves.
