You know the times when once we get everyone's schedule to align but then don't have enough time to put in something in advance so we need to pop in for what they have available. The customer service was poor when I first arrived, the ladies in the back were talking and didn't bother to acknowledge me standing at the counter. Instead, they continued what they were doing, and then one of the ladies came to the counter to assist. Finish the conversation, I don't mind. However, acknowledge those who are waiting, if you choose to continue with the chatting. The only negative, in my opinion. When ordering online, I do not like the change they made. When you submit your order for the total, they will automatically add a tip. If you're moving too quickly, you'll miss the addition and complete the transaction. That happened to me several times. Seemed generally upset that they were at work. The place was also very messy. Someone needs to come and do a top to bottom deep clean including the vents (because customers can see them). That was just a 10/10 cookie especially eaten warm. The pb&j was excellent too, but the lemon cookie? The lemon cookie was pefect. I'm a huge fan of lemon bars and tons of places drop the ball when trying to get a lemon flavor. It's either too sweet or tastes artificial. The Cookie Bar absolutely nails it tho. The cookie was moist and the lemon was perfectly tart and tasted like they made it fresh. This was such a fun place and we can't wait to go back. We're trying the rice krispies next!

I asked what they recommended and one said the fluffer butter and the other said the salted caramel. They were very proud of the cookies and each explained why their favorite cookie was better. I love the cookie passion! I snagged one of each. I tried them both and i preferred the fluffer butter one myself. They had a promo that if you posted a pic of their stuff online (on your feed, not your story) that you could get a free cookie. I was going to post on my story anyway and didn't mind posting on my feed for a free cookie. I was glad they let me use it right then. A lot of places with promos like that make you use it on your next visit so i appreciated that. You can also sign up for their rewards program and get a discount code to use. I didn't try to use both together. I don't live the area but if im back in the area i would swing by to try other flavors. It's fun that you can get their custom creations or build your own.
