I purchased four chocolate chip cookies, and every single one was cold, mostly dough, and had almost no chocolate chips. There was so little chocolate that I couldn't taste any at all. The photo shows all four cookies, not just one, and they all looked the same--barely any chips and nothing like what a chocolate chip cookie should be. This was unacceptable, especially for a product that should be simple to get right. Don't go here to buy cookies unless you want to overpay for just cookie dough. They are gross and belong in the trash. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience at Crumbl. The service was much slower than I expected, and there were issues with my order that left me frustrated. I was looking forward to my cookies, but the experience didn't match the level of quality and service I expected. Crumbl is hit or miss with the cookies .. but the Cookies and Cream Milkshake? 10/10. It's a chilled cookie and it is SO GOOD! Nevertheless, I've come to find out at Crumble that you can get the exact same cookie a couple of months later and it doesn't taste nearly as good. (They bamboozled me the second time I got the Waffle cookie.) So based off THIS experience, it was very good. I hope my next will be just as enjoyable. read more

The staff was busy for a while making cookies while I waited. The cookies though were super fresh and worth the wait.

I was able to place my order online so I didn't mind not speaking to anyone. However, from when my order was supposed to be ready (5:20) until I received my order (5:43), no one was greeted, no one was helped, just names being called... Service at this location of Crumbl was not the best; they're very brisk and aren't knowledgeable about the cookie flavors. Also, when my cookies were ready, they shoved the box across the counter at me and the cookies almost fell off the counter. They were also sold out of the cookie flavor I wanted to try, but no employee mentioned anything until you got to the front of the line (would be nice if they told you when you came in). I recently tried the Twix - a shortbread cookie topped with caramel and then chocolate. It was pretty sweet. I would recommend eating it cold like Crumbl suggests, and it did remind me of Twix but without the crunch. read more

I had to give this location a 1 star but trust me, it deserved Zero Stars!!! I walk in at 958pm on a Saturday after having an amazing burger at Hop Doddy's. I DO NOT get greater however slammed that "we close in 1 minute and this is all we have left" pointing at some Nasty Looking Week old cookies on the counter next to the cash register in Open View (dusty). Mind you... the sign says the close at Midnight. And it's now 9:59pm! And the 2 young ladies in there seemed completely clueless as to how to handle a customer.. So, 2 things... 1. The hype about this cookies!! I really don't think the taste matches the hype! I thought it was ok, nothing special to be honest. They are big so yeah big deal. I do want to say that's corporate standards though so that's not for if I give them low stars based on the cookies instead of the service they gave me in this particular location. These cookies are deceptively HUGE, I mean seriously the picture doesn't do it justice. If you were to weigh these things you would be using pounds as your measuring unit... I'd say these things weigh a quarter pound give or take. Lol All kidding aside the size of the cookie was great for a fat kid like myself. The presentation of the shop was nice, sleek, modern and clean... really clean actually. As I grubbed on my cookie in the car I swear one of the employees meticulously cleaned and scrubbed the Crumbl logo below the register for like 3 minutes straight. I mean he cleaned that thing as if the owner of the place was standing right behind his shoulder. If they don't get an A+ on their restaurant inspections then i don't know who will honestly. What a fun establishment! We went by Crumbl yesterday for their free cookie day. They were giving away free chocolate chip cookies all day to anyone who stopped by. How amazing!! Free is always a happy word for grad students, so we had to go by after class! We walked in and were immediately flooded with positive energy. The workers and environment were all so bright and happy. The line moved fast, and I was thankful they weren't too pushy about making a purchase along with our free cookie. Ha!! We definitely wanted to try the cookie before committing to paying $4 for a single cookie. First thing we noticed was how big the cookie was! Pleasantly surprised. It was also warm and clearly fresh. The dough was amazing, and not too sweet at all. This was a good thing since they use milk chocolate chips rather than typical semi-sweet chips. (Milk chocolate isn't my favorite, but it paired well with the not-too-sweet cookie dough). Compared to similar cookie shops, Crumbl's cookie was much fresher and didn't have the preservative taste that I detect in others. It had a similar effect to pulling my own homemade cookies straight from the oven. Much appreciated!! Though the price seems somewhat high for a cookie, I think I would come again whenever I'm craving a hot cookie (and don't feel like making my own). They have rotating flavors that sound scrumptious. Now I understand why this place has three stars. I'm sure it was great when it first opened. It feels like the same service you would get at a Little Cesar's in the hood, but with cookies. It's not super clean like stated in other reviews. When I got my box of cookies it was covered with frosting on the outside. I had the chocolate chip cookie. Which I actually enjoyed. It wasn't overly sweet. Which I prefer. I was there around 11am and they were already out of half the cookies they had on display. The wait was long. But those ladies were working. They just had a lot of pick up orders. This place has potential. I think management needs to make some changes that can help with work flow. Maybe there can be someone dedicated to wiping counters. Maybe they can get people aprons. Ladies had black shirts covered with flour and frosting. Looks dirty. But other than that the general concept of this cookie shop is cute with cute logo. After seeing all the hype on social media, we decided to give it a shot. They had Kit-Kat, M&M, Butterfinger, sour patch kids, Heath and chocolate chip on the menu; the Heath cookie was out when we went. A few of us decided to get the Kit-Kat. I was really expecting a delicious cookie. As the name implies, it is not baked too long so the cookie truly does 'crumble.' You have to be a fan of this, which I guess I'm not because I thought it was too soft. It also just seemed like some melted chocolate was slathered on top with some kit kat pieces thrown into it. I really was not impressed and I actually did not feel that great about 20 minutes after eating the cookie. The Butterfinger cookie was the exact same way. Service is horrible. As soon as the employee saw me walking up she locked the door. Hours say they close until 10. I show up 5 minutes prior to closing time, open sign is still on, door was still unlocked and they lock the door literally in my face. Employees were already in process of cleaning up. I hear so much about this place, that they are so much more than just cookies, that they are gourmet cookies. I definitely had a great experience, both service wise and taste wise. This place is Right in the complex where there is a Tom Thumb. Plenty of parking spaces, and conveniently across from a apartment complex. As soon as I walked in I was immediately graded, I absolutely appreciate that knowing how busy this place is. The way they operate is really unique. Once you come in, make sure you have a mask on, you do your own ordering on there very easy to use computer. You pick your flavors, you pick how you want it and how many you want, any add-ons, and you pay right there on the computer. They work extremely fast, they will have your order to you within minutes. Keep in mind they change their flavor ever so often. Everything I've gotten there has been really delicious. This isn't your normal cookie, this is a filling huge dessert. If you have a birthday or anything they do have an option to wrap your box for you, don't just get one cookie it is not worth the price, go ahead and get four cookies. read more
