Walked by this store with my daughter and there was a cute dress in the window so we went in. Clothes were so cute and the woman at the register was nice. She kept her distance and made us feel comfortable (usually employees act dumb in little boutique stores like this, following us everywhere and not asking us for help) but the lady who worked here was nice so it made our experience great. Wound up buying two dresses-- one for my daughter that she liked, and the dress in the window for me. Excellent customer service, and great selections! Also, to the person who wrote a review about them not taking a pair of earrings back: most businesses wont take earrings or underwear back after you leave the store for sanitary reasons. I like the store but again, their return policy is very unforgiving. I purchased a pair of pants a couple of days ago. Came home and washed them as I always wash clothes before I wear. After one wash a seam unraveled at the waist. I took them back to show the sales person but she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I think stores should stand behind their product. I knew they do not do returns on change of mind, but not even for a defective item? I think retailers should stand behind their products. Very disappointing. read more

Who loves cookies? Everyone! (duh) Who loves Cookie's Clothing? I do, and so should you! Small but cute boutique that has a variety of styles to please any girl. Tons and tons of very trendy items. A lot of their items are the Naked Zebra brand which kind of has a romantic, classy but simple feel. They always have a couple of sale racks outside for those bargain hunters. The workers there are friendly and easy to talk to. It's great that they have locations in malls around Oahu. It's definitely worth checking out. read more

Uh, yeah no. I've worked retail and customer service in both high and low end stores since I was 16. It is an absolute pet peeve of mine to never be greeted in a shop when I walk in. I won't knock shops for this when they are busy, but this place was NOT busy. The offer of a sale brought me in and I was interested in stuff I could wear to work and some playful, but tasteful, accessories. I probably browsed the store for a good five minutes, walking around the entire place. I even walked right past the checkout desk twice while I was browsing. Too bad for me that the four (4!) girls at the desk were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge a potential customer. Since I live on the Windward side, I usually got to the Cookies in the Windward Mall, but their service has gone down. I really like their style in clothing, but Kaneohe recently changed Management, and the Manager seemed uptight.. wouldn't accept a return, was not very friendly , didn't smile, and I have been disappointed in their inconsistency. She also told me they do not participate in the $100 Stamp Card anymore, which disappointed me even more! On one of my lunch breaks, I happened to run into the Cookies store in the Ward Center, not knowing it was here (even though I work 5 minutes away for the last 10 years!LOL). I thought I would see what they had. I was immediately greeted with a smile by the nicest associate, Dana. She pointed out the sales items, and new things that just came in. I told her of a return, I had, and she helped me with no problem. She was by herself, but seemed to multi-task well, and help all the customers with ease. She got me a room, and helped me with picking the right colors for me. She was so fun to work with , I ended up spending almost $100 of merchandise, AND Dana gladly gave me stamps towards a new Stamp Card, which she said they do participate in. Dana impressed me so much, I texted a Yelp review on her great service , right there on the spot! She was so surprised and thankful, that it really changed my outlook on their service. I went back 2 days later, and another associate and the Ward Center Manager helped me out with again, fantastic service, I ended up buying more stuff! LOL. I got caught in Cookie's gravitational pull a couple of weeks ago with a friend, and I have to say, I'm not planning on breaking orbit any time soon. They have a sale rack right in the entrance which is 1. COMPLETELY not playing fair, Cookie's! and 2. much appreciated :D. The store itself is separated in a way that will make you think, "See Forever21? This is how you categorize clothing the right way." For cereals, guys, they put all of the clothes that are similarly colored AND styled together, so you're not digging through five skajillion teal colored pieces that all have nothing to do with each other or anything near them; you can throw together an outfit without running back and forth across the store (unless you wanna do that, YOLO *shrug*). When I last visited, there were the Spring colored/casual stuff along both walls of the store, metallic/animal print stuff on the left wall, and militaryish stuff in the center. There were colored denims/maxi skirts in the far back of the store as well as sale jewelry and colored bandeau bra-tops. Jewelry and belts are all around the store, and most concentrated near the register. The staff has always been a delight when I've visited, and are very attentive if you need something. I'm definitely coming back, and if they ever have a big sale it'll be a "shut up, and take my money!" kinda day. read more

I stumbled in here as I was doing my traditional shave ice Sundays. The 50% off sales rack caught my eye. (Who doesn't love sales ESP when they're half off?!?!) So I'm looking around at the sales rack && notices that they got some cute clothes with size smalls annnnnndddd its pretty cheap! (Pretty cheap for boutiques = $21-$25) That's awesome. I love all the Cookies locations but I go to the Hawaii Kai store the most as it is near my house. They have really cute up to date clothing and accessories. Their prices are great too. There is always a sale rack out front so you can find items which are very reasonable. I also find that different locations carry different styles. Cookies is located in Ward Warehouse right across the street from the movie theatre. The fashion here is up to date and reflects a lot of the current style trends. There's a great flow when you walk into the store where you walk to one side, scan the walls, then walk to the other side and scan the other wall. It isn't overcrowded or overwhelming like some other clothing stores, which is nice. The workers are also very nice and helpful if you ask! Clothing, jewelry, bags, belts, etc. Cookies has got something to that will catch your attention. The only thing about Cookies that makes me sad is they run out of the small sizes quickly and I haven't seen any extra smalls around. This is the only reason I haven't bought anything yet. I love this boutique! It's very tiny and located right next to Kokonuts shave ice shop in Koko Marina! It's the sales rack outside that caught my eye the first time I visited. The sales racks have nice selections in all sizes, including small sizes and a variety of styles. It's not just the junks that are left over. Inside, it's nicely merchandised, considering it's a very tiny spot. They definitely make the best use of the space to merchandise by styles and colors. The prices are affordable and cater to young and the fashionable middle aged customer. they styles vary from casual to dressy. They also have a lot of cute bags and fashion jewelry and get new merchandise pretty often. I've walked into this store many times before, but today I actually bought my first "cookie's maxi skirt" because the sales associate made me feel welcomed and also helped me pick out a few other items per (my request) I should try on with the skirt that would fit my body type. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sales person. The one thing I gotta say was she made me feel comfortable she was very helpful with helping me find the right tops I could use with the skirt. I asked for suggestions and she gave me ideas. I just couldn't find the right top that fit, hence I only got the skirt. I found out later as I was ready to leave that she was the store manager. She was very knowledgeable about her clothing, the styles and what types of clothing would fit my body type. I may not be the skinniest person but yet she made me feel comfortable and tried to find some cute tops to go with the skirt. I ended up just buying the skirt because most tops just did not fit right. The only down fall of the company in general would be that they don't carry sizes for bigger women. Bigger women would love to feel fabulous too but just can't when shopping at any cookie's locations. Please think about bringing in some bigger sizes. Definitely will be coming back to get more maxi skirts and maybe even a maxi dress. read more

I hit Cookie Couture probably 6X/year. I can't believe I've never written a review! I love Cookie for the casual, but classy clothes. I can usually find something there that's "just the thing" for the Hawaii lifestyle: attractive without trying too hard. Some of the most complimented items in my closet come from Cookie. I also like that the quality of the clothes here is above average, not the cheap, junky clothes you sometimes find at overpriced boutiques. These clothes feel good on, and wear nicely time and again. Its hard for me to find clothes that fit given that I am so short, but I can normally find some cute dresses and tops here. They have a nice selection of accessories too. As mentioned, its a really small store, but they make up for it by keeping it fresh with new inventory. They do this by using that ROCK AND ROLL discount rack out front, which you just HAVE to check out. There are always some steals there. The store staff is always friendly and helpful without being pushy. Its consistently fantastic. They also used to run a program where you got a discount if you came back with their reusable bag, I don't know they still do it because I always forget my bag (uuuuuuuuurrrrrrrgh). Decided to check out this place cause my friends couldn't stop talking about it. Everything on Instagram look soooo cute and at prices are very reasonable. When I arrived at the store, the worker left to grab lunch so I wanted till she got back to the store. As I was looking through the window, I already knew what I wanted/try on. Once they girl arrived, I waited for a while so she could settle in. When I arrived, she was eating behind the counter and greeted me with her mouth full of food. She decided to continue to eat instead of putting her food away. I understand you are hungry and all but at lest service your customers. I pulled a few things and instead of asking me if she wanted to hold them for me in the fitting room, she acted like she didn't see me. I asked if I could try on the clothes. Still.... she's was sitting down eating and I went on in the fitting room. I've worked in retail for a long time and I know that you're suppose to check on the customer. She didn't even do that. I walked out of the store emptied handed and I gave her the clothes to put back. I mean if she wasn't going to help me, I might as well make her do something. read more

I bought $150 in gift cards from Cookies, gave two to friends, and tried to use the third one today. Their computer said it was invalid. The manager came and couldn't figure out what was going on. At first, she insinuated that I'd already spent it (which I hadn't). An hour later, all she could tell me was that the system seemed to be down, it had been down for days, (but they hadn't realized before that it affected gift cards), and she didn't know when it would be back up. I had the receipt for the gift cards and asked for my money back. My two friends hadn't used their cards yet, and I didn't want to risk them coming in and having the same experience I just did. The manager wouldn't give me my money back. She said there was nothing I could do but just wait until the system works again, but she couldn't say how long that would be. This was a terrible experience, and I'm out $150 that neither I nor my friends can access. read more

I don't think I expected very much of this place (locally owned "boutiques" can be very hit or miss, ya know? And I wouldn't have really imagined finding an awesome shopping spot in Koko Marina Shopping Center of all places). However, I was pleasantly surprised... Cookie's is legit! It's a tiny shop but it's stocked to the brim with fashionable women's clothing (not "Jeans Warehouse"-type fashionable, but actually fashionable, in a sophisticated and not cheap looking way). Case in point: my mom likes to shop here, and my mom is by far a classy lady indeed. It was actually her suggestion that we take a look here in the first place. We both found stuff when we went--a keepin-it-classy top for my Mom and a couple of cute dresses and a casual tank top (on sale) for me. Both dresses were the same brand, something called "Wow Couture." Affordable yet fancy enough for me to wear to Vegas in a couple of weekends :). There is definitely a spectrum of pricing here, from under $20 to over $100 (maybe even over $200), and a decent selection of accessories as well. I won't lie, some of the things on the rack were a little bit tacky-looking (think typical-tourist-on-vacation-at-a-Hawaiian-resort-kind of frocks, a little too much of that stretchy polyester stuff), but what place is perfect? What's also nice is that they give you a stamp card, one stamp per ten dollars spent... after you acquire 10 stamps (or spend spend $100) you get 10% off your next purchase... this can happen over time of course, though we went on a bit of a shopping spree and so my Mom and I made two separate transactions to get the discount right away. By far the most friendly and helpful staff i have ever experienced at a boutique in hawaii. I found a dress online (i needed for pictures in 4 days) that was not yet in stores and contacted mililani store where they attempted to find the dress in store but it was not even in stores yet so the lady i spoke to referred me to koko marina location. When i called i was greeted by Corina and asked about shipping time before i ordered online. I am blown away at how helpful she was. She called the warehouse to check on shipping options and called me back to let me know i could pick it up in store the next day rather than 5 to 7 days for shipping, they even refunded me the shipping cost that i paid since i was picking it up in the store. Corina called me the next day when the dress arrived and when i picked it up Corina was there to greet me. She offered me to try the dress on before i left with it and also offered to steam it for me....not because she had to but because she knew it would make things so much easier for me in my time crunch. Wow! People just dont seem to go out of their way much anymore but Corina went above and beyond from start to end in this process....because she wanted to! She also helped me pick out jewelry to go with the dress, gave me honest feedback and of course i bought several other awesome items from the store while i was there. Her recommendations on fit and colors were so helpful to me. She was professional and friendly and was this way to every customer that came in while i was there. It seems customer service like Corinas is rare these days so i felt like i needed to write a review to express my gratitude. I visit Cookies almost every time I come to Ward but yesterday was my first time purchasing anything. They have great sales going on all the time, I bought three tops and a scarf for $53! They said when I purchased merchandise I would be able to get cash refund if I returned it within a month. This was a gift and it was the only reason I purchased the clothing was because if my friend didn't like it she could receive cash back instead of store credit for her return. The employee repetitively said that the return is cash back. However when my friend returned the merchandise they said it was only store credit. They should honor one policy not have employees say one refund policy and another employee say another. read more

I had lunch with a friend in this shopping center, and before I hopped into my car to leave, the Cookie's sale rack caught my eye. Part of me said, "No! Repent! You shop enough! Back, back I say!" But part of me was drawn to it like moth to a flame. So I found myself trying on a tunic and a dress from the rack. They had soooo much super cute stuff!! I looked in the store at everything else and I loved the selection. A lot of relaxed, feminine and very pretty clothing.
