Jessica and Sam are always so helpful and attentive to detail when I put in specific requests. Flowers are always fresh. I have placed many orders. I have picked up and have had them delivered & in both occasions they have been amazing! My family also used them for funeral arrangements about two years ago, which they delivered to the funeral home. So grateful for this flower-shop. I made an order through DoorDash because we would be celebrating my mom and her two sisters. I waited over 16 hours for my order to be delivered by DoorDash and it ended up being cancelled by DoorDash. But flower shop owner and mother came to the rescue and delivered my order directly to my home and even add extra items to compensate me for the long wait when DoorDash was the one that made the mistake. Extremely happy that my items made it all thanks to this flower shop and the owner and his mother who driver personally to deliver my order. They have hand written all of my notes on the wrapping paper for me. The flowers remain in good condition for a little over a week. Their prices beat out their competitors. The delivery and plan they had to execute for our vision was beyond what we could ask for. Communication is 10/10. Presentation is 10/10. Delivery at the location was respectful and quick. We requested a 7 letter name, 5 letter name, a SUPERMAN EMBLEM (which they did SOOOO good) , casket spray, a heart and a cross. Everything was attentive to detail and visually astonishing.
