This is my go-to dispensary these days. Prices are reasonable (how about that half-off sale for the entire month of April??) & the budtenders are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I'm giving 5 stars even tho there's ONE major problem with this place...the playlist. The playlist is, in theory, pretty cool--all songs from famous mobster movies like Goodfellas & The Godfather. But there's only, like, 1 or 2 songs from each mob movie's soundtrack! & each song is a downer, no upbeat songs! Godfather theme, Comfortably Numb from The Departed, Layla from Goodfellas...why not add THE FULL soundtracks?? Each soundtrack has 12-13 songs so your customers/employees won't be hearing the same 5 songs every time they go in there, which is daily if they are anything like I am. You don't need to remove any songs, just add more! Add the complete soundtracks for The Godfather, Goodfellas & The Departed, then add The Sopranos soundtrack (who doesn't love the theme song??). If you're feeling adventurous, add The Director's Cut by Fantomas who do metal covers of The Godfather theme, etc. or add the soundtrack to Judgment Night for a little urban mafia action! I mean, shit, Sonic Youth & Cypress Hill do a song called I Love You, Maryjane, why the hell isn't that song on every dispensary playlist in the universe?? Hell, I'll make a playlist FOR YOU, whatever it takes! Anyway, keep up the good work & God bless us everyone! read more

Horrible location - with rude argumentative staff. I simply asked if I could save my first time patient deal as the Weedmaps deal was better as most dispensaries do. The first bud tender already seemed agitated that I ask her something she needed to retrieve the manager for. The manager proceeded to have the same rude, loud argumentative tone. To the point I even asked "if I had did something rude or offensive towards them. They gave a vague response that I was being argumentative myself. Which is nonsensical as there was nothing for me to argue. Either they gave me the deal or I can go to another location. Ultimately all the bystanders did was shout and yell more as I tried to exit not even letting me know I was going through the wrong exit. It was so bad I had to call their main store and speak with the regional manager. Do not patronize this location!!Workers who for whatever are in a bad mood before you come in and extend that energy to you. I've never had such an experience. read more

Let's start with service, a woman named Michelle who works there has a bad attitude and seems to think she is above the customers. HORRIBLE BUD TENDER HIRING. #2 they have these promos that they change every month to different days without telling the customers and it only benefits the company and doesn't do Anything but inconvenience the customer when changing dates without an update. Over priced but when you mix it with horrible service like Michelle gave it turns the establishment into a crappy place. Side note, I had knocked a single joint over and broke the glass so I offered to pay for it which they charged me but the employee of the month Michelle didn't want to give me what I paid for. They deserve a zero for this crap! I just went there this morning and as soon as I broke up my Apple Fritter weed it was SUPER DRY! I looked and noticed it was packed in June! I called and explained this... i was told I couldn't exchange or get a refund! So I just paid $51/eighth for dry stale ass weed and you won't even exchange? Haven't been in a while and after this I will NEVER go back to this location for sure. Too many other options. Their policy is wack. They're quality is wack. Go elsewhere. Shoot, I'm no newbie teen... this is not what cali is known for. Weed should be tossed out this old! Go to Atrium! This spot gave us a hard time because we waited for a friend to pick us up who was also purchasing product from them after we purchased an 8th. Said we were soliciting, comedy. Young security guy was a weak middle man. I meet friends all the time at atrium to give em ride and vise versa ( 1 oz max so we ride share to get max product) and sometimes we gotta wait a few min for them to arrive and never get hassled, even wait in the lobby. Hate this dispensary. Never coming back. Came in to buy some vape oil and picked out a couple grams worth and went to pay and they told me cash only. How ridiculous is this in this day and age to require cash only? Of course they have an atm where they stab you with more costs just so they can cheat the government and state board of taxes. How is this even legal by current cannabis laws? I've never been to a dispensary that didn't accept credit cards or debit cards. Came back a couple days later and needed to buy a pen and tried to get the sales guy to answer why I was having such a problem with the vape pens that I've purchased there and he says that if you pull too hard (which I don't), or if you pull too often (which I don't), then the pens won't last a year. Stupid me bought an istoked pen, plugged it and and charged it and IT didn't work. These guys blow as do their products. There's tons of places to go and I won't be coming back. read more

Cool place! I got a bath bomb as a gift for someone. Would have given 5 stars but I wasn't able to really experience and look at everything. There was a 5 minute limit which made it hard for me to look at all the options. Their products lack, I've noticed my pods and weed have been not the best quality (dry, cheaply put together pods) makes me wonder if management is cutting corners and buying damage goods. Today I tried the Woodland Hills store and will not return. The guy who waited on me (Tue late morning) was tall and thin with stoned looking eyes. Very cool little spot but the staff sucks. It's like a marijuana speakeasy and even has a hidden entrance from the lobby to the main shop. There's a ton of product and the shop is beautifully arranged. Unfortunately the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The reception dude was welcoming but the guy who helped us was unenthusiastic and seemed like he didn't want to be there. We got the impression that we were inconveniencing him by shopping there. He didn't seem to have any special knowledge about anything that he was selling and I quickly realized that I was seeking advice from a cashier, not any sort of host or salesperson who had an interest in the products being sold. So if you know exactly what you want and are knowledgeable about different strains and their effects, this is a great place to visit.
