Because Rick can cook anything, we asked him to create a Mexican feast for our wedding, and it was nothing short of spectacular. ALL of our guests, including people who are normally picky eaters or who had never tried Mexican food before, commented on how good it was. We were on a budget, and they were able to work with us on that. Adrian, the coordinator, was fabulous to work with. She took care of all of our rental needs, and was able to work with our relatively new wedding venue. Having any event catered is never a cheap thing. But what we found as we did our research was that there is a wide spectrum of quality within the same price range. Artisan catering provides frikking delicious, beautiful food for the same price that other catering companies provide disgusting, overcooked wedding food. I called and got a callback stating that the driver was running late and would arrive in 10 more minutes. This was cutting it very close to the 1:00 start time of our event and people were starting to arrive, so I was not happy.
