I've had numerous tint jobs done on my vehicles in the past, but never to this level of quality with Cool Comfort. Dale tinted my 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 to perfection. I wanted to knock down the heat coming into my truck and decided on ceramic 50% windshield and 13% side/back. Initially, I was just going to factory match the front side windows until they informed me the rear windows are only smoked from the factory and had little to no uv/heat reduction. I called them the day before Thanksgiving hoping to maybe get an appointment for Friday and got super lucky that they had a cancellation for today. I quickly got ready and made my way there. The shop is super clean and feels very professional. Dale (who I had spoken to on the phone) greeted me when I walked in and was great with showing me the differences between the types of tint. He wasn't trying to up-sell anything but more so just wanted to make sure I was educated before making my choice. Even when I told him I was already wanting the ceramic tint (the more expensive type) he still wanted to show me the others to make sure I was sure. Ok, now that I've established that the shop is clean and Dale is a good guy, it's now time to discuss the work. I didn't see Dale physically do the work but I know what my car looked like before and I absolutely love how it looks afterwards. Dale's work is excellent! I cannot find a single flaw. The lines are perfect and clean! Even down to the warning tape he puts across your window controls to remind you not to roll down your windows. Considering I was his last client before enjoying a nice day off, he still spent a considerable amount of time going over the work and making sure I knew how to take care of the tint and what not to do and for how long. I went here last year to get my windows tinted for my Camry. So sorry for being a little late, but better late than never. Anyway, I got the ceramic strip for my front window as well as my other windows tinted and I'm glad I made this little investment for my car cause it really helped a lot. My car still gets a little hot during the warmer months and sometimes the sun is still a little bright, but it's still a major improvement over not having any kind of tinting at all. The fact that my Camry looks a lot more stylish with darker windows helps too. Do check this place out. I think the owner does a good job and his prices are pretty fair from what I can tell. Just be sure to follow his instructions about not rolling down the windows for the first few days. You don't want to pay a few hundred for tinted windows only to get bubbles. I had been wanting to get my wife's X3 done for a while because it felt like we were sitting in a fishbowl without tint. I talked to Dale about how dark we wanted to go. We wanted to block as much UV rays as possible and cut down on the heat since we live so close to the sun. Dale told me the best tint combo to go with and I went with that. The shop was closed due to they were getting a new upgraded machine and was installing it.
