I called requested quotes for tinting over the weekend. Within 30 minutes I got multiple quotes and A Perfect Shade had the best quote. I gave them a call and Fernando answered and gave me the run down. Super friendly over the phone, straight to the point, there was 0 pressure at all. I couldn't give a definitive time to set an appointment because I had a lot going on and he told me to just call back Monday & we could figure something out. I called Monday morning when I had some downtime and he told me he'd make the time to get me in and taken care of. I came, the vibe was really friendly, told him what I wanted, and he got started. He told me there was additional cleaning needed because the windows weren't cleaned too well after the last tint removal (I just got the car from the dealership). I called to cancel an appointment for tinting on my husband's car. He was not comfortable with having the door panels removed, which Mondo assured me is the correct way to tint to avoid any future issues with the tint. I absolutely believe him, but my husband finally got his dream car and was adamant on not having the panels removed. To me, a car is a car and I just had my car windows tinted by A Perfect Shade. The job they did on my car tint is excellent. It makes my 13 year old car look new. I really appreciated how Mondo was so understanding of me cancelling on such short notice. I sensed no frustration in his tone and he said it's better my husband cancel, than to go through with it and not feel entirely comfortable with the process.
