Quality isn't the same as it's been. After a few years my rear windows tint are bubbling and they won't replace under warranty because I can't find my certificate. All right it's been a few weeks since I got my tinting done and wow! It was better price better work better quality and ceramic for what I paid 10+ years ago! They were fast I sat in the reception area and I did not want to give them all of my trust until I saw how it was. I'll update there's any issues after several months or years but I am just blown away with the quality of work to be honest. What a difference! I am so mad that I didn't get this done sooner. I definitely have some freckles and spots on my face that I would not have had otherwise. My car is cooler the clarity of this tent compared to what I had in the past is night and day! I had it limo black and I think I went just as dark but in my last car I could barely see out the back window during the day And only saw the lights at night really. This is just a much better quality and I can see incredibly clear. Car is cooler car looks so much better with tent on it as well it just across the board is really clean work. This review for Mr Tint is way over due...they've done five jobs for me now. One was my house, yes they do house window tinting. Plus four vehicles. All the work has been excellent quality. After installation I've never had to come back for any issues. I like what i read in one review that after four years he had some haze. He took it in and they warratied it! How great is that. I always go with the ceramic tint since it is the best for cutting heat and saving my vehicles interior. I reccomend the ceramic for that reason. They have an awesome waiting room with Starbucks coffee, water, snack bars and tv. Tip: Check in on Yelp and get a $25 reduction if you do all your windows (front windshield not required). read more

8/5/21 Gentleman answered the phone quoted me $120 more than Faith auto tinting just down the way. He claimed that they have the most exclusive product. I told him I was sitting right outside his shop. He wants $595 for Ceramic tint which I told him for $475 Faith would have me out of there today within 2 hours of my walkin appt. He didn't bash Faith only tried to explain the difference in cost. Good shop and I know they've been around for a long time, but had to save the $120. Phone impression was great. 5 stars! read more

I made the hour drive out to Temecula, due to the great reviews I saw here on yelp, and I was not at all disappointed! These guys are the best; super friendly and very professional. They went over all the options that I could go with and let me know how my choice was comparable to the others (I went with the Stratos series), and why it's the best on the market. I was told they had blocked off 3-4hours for the work to be done, and I was told that I could certainly stay in the lobby during that time, or that Old Town Temecula was just a short walk from the shop. I opted to take a walk and see the sights, and it was only about 2 hours later when I got the call that they were done! And well... the tint on my brand-new Chevy Trailblazer looks phenomenal! I will definitely be using these guys again in the future if the need arises. And I will certainly be recommending them to anyone and everyone that needs tinting done! read more

I am not happy with the tint. The front does not match the back and it is not dark enough. my car is still as hot as ever but they said if I don't do the windshield for another $400 then the heat is not reduced with window tinting. Even though they sold me on a more expensive tint that supposed to reduce heat. I called them to discuss it very calmly and amicably but the manager on the phone was rude and unaccommodating. He said I could come in so he could measure the tint so he could prove to me that it's very similar. He also offered for me to come in and he would rip the tint off and give me my money back, but I would need to do it right away. Definitely not good customer service I would never recommend this place. read more

As a customer knowing exactly what I'm looking for. I call Mr.Tint hoping this would be a streamline process. Why would the service rep who answers the phone just try to argue/ debate on whether or not ceramic tint matters or not. It's what Im asking for! I said hey I'm wondering if I can possibly get a quote before coming in. I have model y Tesla. The Rep: " all windows and windshield I'm assuming. " I say yup and I want ceramic tint just to let you know so you include that in pricing. He goes "yup, there's no difference in ceramic tint so if you're just calling around looking for ceramic tint that's a very generic term. " And I said well there's carbon tint, there's ceramic and other types like hybrid, dyed and metalized tint. Ceramic has the heat and UV protection I need and looking for. Also the clarity when inside the vehicle. He says well you have two options, explains two different names. So I'm thinking it's two brands of ceramic tints so I said so that sounds like you have two different brands of ceramic tint, what's the difference between them? And he tries to argue more. Rather than informing me on the product I'm about to purchase. I was like so what's the price are you gonna give me the price I'm actually looking to come in and get my car tinted asap. He says no man have a good day and hung up on me. I think this guy is too emotional to be answering the phone. He's ruining business for perfect customers read more

Service during tinting was fine and tint was adequate with 2015 ML 350. I have brought different vehicles to them with good results. After each service they always mention a lifetime warranty on their service with receipt. The last week or so I noticed a small hole in tint area on the passenger side of the window with no window damage at all. Note that I am also the only passenger of this vehicle 99% of the time since I use it mostly for commuting. Had my dad bring in the vehicle to avail of the warranty but was told it was because of "seatbelt damage" so the warranty cannot be applied. I followed up and called them and asked in what situations the warranty can be applied and the guy didn't have a clue and back tracked a few times without a definite answer. Disappointed in the interaction since they seem to just pick and choose what their warranty covers and and automatically assume it was due to "seatbelt damage". read more
