2/9/2022 Ken did an awesome and superb job in my truck. And the best part about it, as he came to the house and I didn't have to drive clear across town and drop it off. I'm sure we all know how taxing that can be especially if there isn't anyone around to pick you up. That's a couple of hours, or more, out of your schedule waiting at a shop for your turn. I am pleased with how my windows turned out. And as a result of his professionalism, I will be calling him to do my wife's car new car. Ken was very nice and timely. The day he came by the weather was just right. Which I'm glad about because my garage is full of vintage furniture I sell. I would if felt bad if it was hot and he had to tint in the direct heat. And I'm sure many would say, "that's why you go to a shop" well, not this time. He was available, the weather was perfect and the job was completed in about two hours. I actually think it was less. My calendar was finally open for me to schedule an appointment over a week out for a Saturday morning time slot. We went over which type of tints was going to be applied which was really easy to visualize, since this shop has all of the Llumar tint samples displayed on a wall together. I chose the Pinnacle line, using the 5% & 15%. I waited in the shop's comfortable waiting area. I was made aware of their beverage and snack area which was well stocked with many options. It took about 90 minutes for all the rear and side windows of my 2019 Toyota Limited Hybrid to be tinted. This included one window which they were not satisfied with the outcome, so it was redone before I got to inspect their work. I was really happy with the job VIP did! I will be bringing all of my family vehicles here for any tinting needs. read more

This is a long overdue and well deserved 5 star review. I'll start out by saying I had my first vehicle tinted by them in 2009 when I lived in Murrieta. I drove that car for over ten years as a commuter through SoCal's scorching hot sun and not once did my tint scratch, peel, or bubble. It's honestly impeccable. I'm impressed. I now live in San Diego and recently purchased a Tesla Model 3. My first thought after experiencing such professional service and quality work was that I had to make a trip back and get that same work done on my new vehicle. So I did just that and can not be any happier with the results. Oh, AND I made another visit to get my roof tinted on the Model 3 after realizing the sun just shoots through that glass roof trapping more heat inside than needed. This was the game changer. Great group of guys. Very professional, and very honest. I've used VIP to tint my wife's car about 6 years ago and the tint still looks great. I had them tint the windows on my work truck about 6 months ago, and had to return yesterday to have them re-tint a window that I had replaced due to the window breaking, in which I'm pretty sure was being held together by the tint itself! About 10 min after I left, they called me to let me know that I left my airpods on the couch in the waiting room. I'll continue to use VIP, as long as they are in business! read more

I called a few places and this one had the best prices. It did take me a few days to get an appointment but it was worth it. I had the two front windows tinted and was out in about 30-40 minutes. Took a few cars here for window tinting and I couldn't be happier. The tints looks very nice! The customer service is excellent! Very friendly staff. They also offer WiFi for those waiting (which came in handy as reception in the area wasn't the best. They even offer snacks and drinks for waiting. I recently had to replace the rear window tint since it started bubbling after 10 years. They offer lifetime warranty on their work so I took my car back to them and they replaced it with no issues! I will gladly come back here for any tint work! read more
