Daniel came in my home and knew what was wrong within just a few minutes. He cleaned some pipe out and my air was on again! He cleaned up, went over a few things I should look for in the future and emailed me the receipt from his tablet. Very professional. We've been customers of Venice cooling and heating for seven years . They came by to do their…read moreannual maintenance and noticed a small leak in the evaporating coil . luckily, for us, the part was under warranty . We would have to only pay for the labor to put it in, which would only take about 3 to 4 hours . They quoted us $2700 to put it in and when I questioned this amount, they said that they had to bring in special equipment and it was a very detailed install . They also wanted us to pay the money upfront before they did any work which I thought to be very odd . I decided to reach out to another local company not even telling him what was wrong with the AC and they discovered the same same problem . they ordered the part and installed it the next day for $800 . . have a good day
