Yesterday I got my nails done by Jimmy. Let me tell you he is the BOMB.COM! I was in and out of the salon in about 40 minutes! I've…read morebeen coming here for pedicures every 6 weeks or so for over 4 years, even after a terrible acrylic experience where the tech argued with me about wanting shorter nails and I left with thick, awful-looking acrylics. When I had them removed elsewhere, they literally asked where I got them done because they were that bad. Unfortunately, the pedicure experience has gone downhill too. My favorite tech has been gone for months, and today was my breaking point. My husband and I came in for a relaxing pedicure, but the staff was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. The woman doing my husband's pedicure was demeaning to him, and when I asked the male tech to trim my toenails shorter, he argued with me instead of listening. The place was also completely empty, which honestly says a lot. Customers should not feel like a bother for supporting a business. This salon desperately needs better customer service and management. After years of loyalty, I will not be back.

Couldn't do any snowflake design and overall I left disappointed. I got nothing I wanted. She burnt me with the drill at least 4 times and every time I jumped said nothing. No apologies, NOTHING. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 5yrs and this was the most ignored I've felt. I would have rather she tell me she couldn't do something or have me wait to get me with someone who could.

The prices are affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the nails are better than anything you can find. I work as a cashier and I'm pretty hard on my nails but these did not budge. Towards the end, however, they began to start cracking but it was only on the edges and I extended the wait time until my next appointment.
