Woah! Talk about service! We were immediately taken to our chairs and served the drink of our choice. (I went with the wine.) We both had 2 people working on us. They were very engaging and we all had a wonderful conversation. They were very friendly and had great sense of humor. We really enjoyed our pedicure and manicures. I got the powder dip nails which was at a competitive price of $40. My sister got the acrylic nail set for $25. We both got the upgraded pedicures with the 30 minute massages. Ohhhhhh heavenly. I hadn't been here in a while after my favorite nail tech left, but I thought I would give them a try again. Well it has not improved. I got a dipped set and although the nail tech guy was nice and friendly made me feel welcome I would've much rather have him be the quiet awkward type if it meant he would've done a better job. I got home washed my hands before starting dinner, then noticed as soon as I had dried them that he didn't really clean around my nail bed and more likely my nails are not gonna last that long and might start lifting since the product went over my nail bed onto my cuticle as you will see on the video I have attached. Google maps says they close at 6:00 so I drove 10 minutes to get there at 5:02. Asian lady told me in the loud, rude tone they are famous for that they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I had not even gotten fully in the door at this point! This site says they close at 5:00. If so, fine but be more polite and also- claim the business on google and change it! Until you change it- perhaps be more polite to people since they are going on the hours you previously provided to google. read more

Quality of work is excellent and good employees. But the owner is just so rude every time you go in. She makes faces and gets annoyed by customers. She even laughed one time when I said I need my friend to get their nails done for their fathers funeral. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE. The quality of work is good. I walked in at 6:55pm Wednesday after noon , one man spoke the others continue to work that wasn't the issue , the issue was they denied me service ! I asked why she told me no one wanted to do me I was guessing since they closed in 35 mins they didn't want to give me services ! I went here with my wife and best friend because were visiting. I asked for a pedicure and a fill in. I asked for the guy to cut my long, coffin nails down. he ended up squaring them off. first mistake. I then asked how much it would be for gel polish on my toes and she told me $20 extra. i said that's fine. the lady ended up giving me regular polish. second mistake. so when the guy was all done with my nails, I took a second look at them. first of all, they were fat & chunky, the shape was awful, the man pushed my cuticles back but left all the dead skin around my fingers, & I didn't really like the color but the guy who did them ended up leaving. I called the owner over and told her I didn't like them. She tried arguing with me about the shape but I'm telling her the guy never asked what shape I wanted. She said she would call the man back to the shop to fix my nails. Five minutes later, he pulls up and walks through the door and IMMEDIATELY started pointing his finger at me and said "why are you fucking lying? you're a fucking liar..." I had to collect myself because honestly, things could have gone left very quickly. So I told the lady I wasn't paying for my nails because he was unprofessional and I didn't want him to touch me to fix my nails. I also told her I didn't want to pay for my pedicure because it's not the pedicure I asked for but my wife was satisfied with hers so she paid anyways. AND THEN, walking out of the salon, my toe polish wasn't dried completely and had chipped before I even got into the car. Definitely would not recommend. 1/10. Nope. I went here because I thought it was affiliated with Legacy Day Spa. It is not. They had an online coupon for 20% off services. I came in for a pedicure and facial. They told me the coupon had expired. It had no expiration date. This information was conveyed to me by the one person who kind of spoke English. No one else did. Which is fine. I'm not the type of person who thinks that everyone should speak English. Speak whatever language you're comfortable with, but put your sign in that language so I know that I will have a hard time communicating if I avail myself of your services. I thought it was bad form not to honor the coupon but conversing was so difficult that I gave up and sat down for my pedicure. If I had questions, if anyone in the whole salon had questions, the employees would have to go fetch that guy to roughly translate. The lady who did my pedicure was OK. She wasn't unpleasant and the skin treatment for my feet was nice. The polish chipped on my big toe the very next day, however. That has never happened to me before and I get pedicures frequently. The lady who did my facial was so sweet but, again, we could not communicate at all. The towel on the bed in the facial room was stained (probably laundered, but still stained) and the products that she used were all things that are available at any big box store. (Neutrogena is fine and all, but if I'm paying for a facial, I would like a premium product.) The steam machine smelled like it had mold in it. Also, while I was there, a group of like 10 elementary school aged girls came in without an adult. They were loud, stuffing their purses with the complimentary candy and trying to figure out how much they could get for the money that they had. Not a super-soothing environment. This place costs much more than some of my other regular pedicure places. I won't be back. The facial girl was really, really nice though. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life. I came into the store asking for short tips with white dip. I waited very patiently for 30 minutes for them to come to me. I also booked an appointment. The man was very rough and impatient with me. My nails are uneven and lumpy. I got the most basic nail manicure. I have never been this unsatisfied by my nails. I spent $40 on them and still tipped the man $8. I will not be coming back to Legacy Nail Salon and I do not recommend it. Also, a young woman came in while I was there running around without a mask on. It was inappropriate and unsafe. It seemed to me that it was one of the employees daughter. Never again! I have had a lot of pedicures and this by far was the most expensive and most disappointing. We were intrigued by their premium "Jelly" option that was supposed to have all bells and whistles of a spa pedicure. This was the most rushed pedicure I have ever experience. The technician dug into my cuticles and made 4 nails bleed, which should never happen. As soon as the mask and hot towels were applied they were removed in under a minute and the massage was barely a soft rub for just a couple of minutes. They did not speak to either of us. A final awesome to the night. The technician got oil all over my pants, ruining them, and this place didn't care. The manager gave me a $5 gift card for my next visit after giggling at my pants. I would never go back to this business. It looked so fancy and nice when walking in, but this place really is not good. read more

Came in with my Mom on Saturday for a Mother's Day Manicure. This place is very nice inside and the gentleman at the front was very kind and helpful. We choose the Ultimate Manicure - the most expensive one - to spoil my mom. He said it came with extra services, and a long massage. My mom has never had a manicure before so I wanted her to get the best one. It was not crowded at all when we arrived so we were able to sit down immediately. Well long story short, the actual services were atrocious. My cuticles were hardly trimmed - leaving hanging skin on almost every finger, she did not file/shape my nails the same way (some are square and some are round), she did not clean up the polish they got all over my fingers, the massage lasted about 30 seconds each hand/arm, the polish was completely uneven, and they put it on WAY too thick, so it did not dry for almost an hour which by that point I had to drive us home so it got smeared getting in and out of the car. I actually ended up being so unhappy that I took the polish off that night. The entire thing was VERY disappointing. I will not be returning here at any point in the future. A manicure is the most basic nail salon service, and it seems like if they cannot do a good job at that then I would be hesitant to trust them doing anything else. BTW, gel nail polish is 20$ more on top of what you are paying for the service already - a $55 dollar manicure? Outrageous. read more

Moved from OC California and was desperate for a nail salon with all the qualities from back home. Legacy nail and spa took wonderful care of me and reminded me what great qualities in a nail salon are! Lavish mani-pedi chairs and plenty of them, refreshments were offered- which is appreciated because I'm the type of person who won't ask. Lol. What I appreciated most was the clearest menu for their varying packages of any salon I've been to. When I used to get my nails done at other salons, I'd walk up to pay and find a bill well over $120 and I couldn't be sure what services I'd received. I decided to treat myself to the royal mani and royal pedi + gel and it was absolutely worth it. I was glad the extra transparency was there, and their ticket system made it so easy! Pretty clean place & nice people. However I'm very disappointed in my nails. I have had them done a short stiletto before so I know how my actual nails are shaped and it should be centered nonetheless. I tried to let the tech know the point wasn't centered and was crooked, he blamed 3 of them on my nail?? False. Within an hour after leaving, one cracked. It's been 2 weeks & 1 day and they started popping off and pulling up after ONE WEEK... I'm having to try and super glue them just to get through the day.. absolutely a waste of money. read more

Waist of time! I went in for a pedicure and they did the minimum they could. No scraping the callus', super quick job, the gentleman I had was trying to do several other things. Pick another place!
