I have frequented Posh Nail Lounge services for over two years now and have always left pleased. However, after 07/23/2024, I will no longer be a patron and feel the utmost need to inform other customers or potential customers that they should not utilize their services. I recently experienced unsatisfactory service and disrespect from the staff. During my last visit, I did not recognize any of the staff and was paired with a nail technician who poorly executed the design I requested. He was rude and blamed me, the client, for his errors. He was rough when filing my nails and did not handle them delicately. I attempted to extend grace, as it was his first day, but his incessant comments made it difficult. I brought up the poorly executed work with what seemed to be the lead. She thoroughly examined my nails and agreed with my concerns. She offered to shave off the design and give me a different solid nail color(s) for free. I declined and left the establishment as the prolonged service ran into my scheduled meetings. However, I returned less than five minutes later and informed her I would take her up on the offer. However, she then told me I would have to pay a fee, limited me to one nail color, and claimed I had not informed her of my dissatisfaction, essentially reneging on her offer. After rebutting and allowing her to finish with other clients, the lead started on my nails. I chose two colors and had to point out a few missteps. She commented, "Yes I did, I know what I am doing," but soon after realized she had missed a step of double coating my ring finger and pointer finger. She apologized, but by then, I had enough of the establishment's rude service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not waste your time and money at Posh Nail Lounge. read more

I left work early today so I arrived at the nail lounge about 12:45 PM. They had no customers waiting so I sat my happy butt in one of the chairs. A gentleman helped me out quickly asking me to pick out a color. I had my mind set on getting a basic pedicure with no color, I just wanted them to work on my in-grown's and calluses. The gentleman did an excellent job! I popped in my ear buds, and drifted off into an oasis of peacefulness. Although the massage was but 10 minutes, he did a wonderful job in relaxing my feet calves, everything! I really enjoyed it. I love how it's on the Bluebonnet Circle, and there's plenty of parking now. It was a cute little lounge. I also found out they offer brow service. So I may check that out in the future. read more

I have been going to posh nails for several years, Sarah does my full set. I went last week to get a pedicure and my nails done, everything was great. I went back in yesterday to get a nail fixed and there was a whole new staff, things had been cleared out. I was very confused, I asked if they bought the salon they didn't answer any questions. V is my favorite tech and always does an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. Pedicures are also amazing here. Didn't know what to expect because there was only one person inside when I entered but the service here is stellar. Will 110% come back and recommend. I feel like it so rare for actual cuticle care and base coats to be applied during pedicures. Both happened plus a bomb leg/foot massage. I had a gentleman doing my service but I didn't catch his name. But this is my new spot! They deserve your business and pay attention to detail. Only one nail tech who can actually do a manicure and had me stop in the middle of my pedi to start my nails, then rushed her work because someone came in with an appointment. Asked me to leave and come back to finish my PEDI that was stopped because she had other clients. My nails look horrible, only dipped twice which left the color super light and no color on my toes of course lol and still made me pay full price. yes it's affordable but don't waste your money here. Worst pedi i have had in a long time. He hurt me with all the tools. He did not scrub my feet hardly at all so it does not even look like I got a pedicure. I kept asking for the water to be warmer but they never made it very warm. He would dig his long finger nail into my toes as he was working. I had to ask him to file and shape my nails twice. He did not cut down my cuticles very well and then he painted over them leaving the polish chipping after less than 12 hours. NEVER had a more painful manicure than here!!! Johnny, the owner, hurt me during a dipped manicure yesterday. I told him upfront my cuticles are very sensitive and thin and to "please be careful" with them. He knicked 4 fingers and literally sent me out with gauze while my pinky finger was still bleeding. He was very apathetic and didn't seem to care much. I drove back today just to show him the other knicks on my other fingers that I started feeling when I washed my hands, but he said, "It's very common. It's minor. It will go away. Don't go here!! They kept messing up my nails and filed them down way too short!! My toes were cut all jig jagged and the polish was inconsistent. The lady in the store didn't know how to do french.
