I ended up doing their HyperPRP treatment and it worked awesome! I saw growth in about 4 weeks and this was without having to take any medication! That was a few years ago and I came back to their offices for another treatment but they had a new one called Hyper Exosomes. I am beyond thrilled with these results only 1 month after my first Picosure Laser Treatment! On the day of the procedure, Dr. Wei and her professional staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone that works there was so lovely! I was asked to wash my face so they could apply a numbing cream to skin. After sitting that way for about 30 minutes, my face was nice and numb (kind of the same feeling as getting a filling on a tooth). The laser treatment itself took about 10 minutes and was painless! Although the machine has a bit of a rubber band snapping sound, the sensation on the skin just felt like very pinpointed heat - nothing unbearable nor uncomfortable. The rest of that day my skin was a nice pinky tone and warm to the touch. The next day, my dark spots were visibly deeper or darker in color than before, but Dr. Wei assured me that was all part of the process. I did experience mild dryness around my chin on day 3 and 4 post-procedure.
