Professionally laid out shop with a vibrant waiting room with TV's and an introduction to their tint service as well as paint protection film and many other services. I was quickly greeted by Elijah again. Took me a minute to recognize him since it been so long. He quickly took the car to the back and started working on it. 40 minutes later he pulled my car out. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I had to come back four different times…read morejust to get my window tint done correctly. The first time, I showed up for my appointment only to find out the tint technicians weren't even there. No one bothered to call or let me know beforehand, so I wasted my time driving there. The second time, the tint was installed with large gaps along the sides of the windows. It was obvious the job wasn't done properly. The third time, they corrected the gaps but installed the wrong tint percentage altogether. The fourth time, I had to go back yet again so they could finally install the correct tint percentage. To make matters worse, even with a scheduled appointment, they kept my car for more than four hours each visit. Appointments didn't seem to make any difference, and it was incredibly inconvenient to be without my vehicle for that long every single time. While they eventually fixed the issues, it should never take four visits to complete a window tint job correctly. Between the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated mistakes, and excessive wait times, the entire experience was frustrating and a huge waste of my time. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, but I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop.

Staff: 5/5 The administrator was welcoming and attentive. She walked me through different film options and showed real examples on actual cars, which made the decision much easier. Turnaround: 5/5 I got my car back about an hour earlier than estimated. Always a nice surprise. Interior Cleanliness: 1/5 This is the only reason I'm not giving a full 5. I handed them a clean car -- and got it back with dirty back seats, dirty door panels, and circular marks all over the infotainment screen. I'm not asking for a detail, but at minimum leave the interior the way you found it -- especially for a $1,000+ service. Summary: 3/5 Good tint work, great staff, fast turnaround but I left disappointed. The interior was noticeably dirtier than when I dropped it off. Inspect your car carefully before driving away.
