I told the employee I wanted something that would shine my tires, so he suggested the $18 wash. In Jacksonville, I pay $10 for a wash, and it includes a tire shine. I think I was swindled into purchasing a higher priced wash. And since he came up to my door (which was not necessary as it was self serve) I felt rushed. After coming out of the wash and preparing to vacuum the car, I noticed soap still sitting on the hood of my car. Not cool. I would not recommend this car wash.

On our way through the auto wash, we got a good deal on the basic wash that included many quality wash options. As we were going to their free vacuuming service, one of the employees, Kenneth, noticed that all the bugs wasn't off. His exact words were "Rental or your personal vehicle, we will take care of you." I cannot be more thankful for that customer service as we got a free rerun through the wash. Gabe was also a very kind employee that made us feel welcome. I will always take my cars here!

Although it was my very first time using this business I decided to sign up for the monthly membership which includes unlimited car washes with wax, rain x and all the Bells and whistles foe the low low price of $40 a month. I figured I love having a clean car. Spring has sprung! Let me give it a shot. I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to.

They have all the basics you'd expect, self-service vacuums, hand drying, and every now and then they'll even put out free air fresheners for customers. It's not a flashy place, but it's consistent, affordable, and the employees always greet you with a smile and a wave back at you when you come through. I've never had any complaints and plan to keep coming back.

There were other cars pulling up and there was an issue with the payment system but he was unphased and got the situation straightened out. I appreciate him a bunch for his help! I also appreciate that they have a power washer which they use to get extra dirt and grime off of the car before it goes through the wash. The mobile app is easy to use for the most part and I think the price is reasonable if you do storm club.

This location itself is a bit smaller than the others I have visited, the but the quality of the wash and the availability ... never a wait in line is on point. I opted to purchase the monthly plan, since I love to wash my cars quite often. I did the math, paying $7 a week maybe more at times. It just seems like a no brainer to purchase the monthly plan for $17.99 with no strings attached and you can cancel and reactive at any time. I recommend you check out this wash if you are in the area. You can get a single wash or opt to subscribe to the monthly wash and you are billed automatically. And this membership is good at all locations. I love it. The vacuums are the best too! You have two hose options... for those heavy duty cleanings and one for those hard to reach places. Inside, I believe you can purchase other car care needs such as air freshners and tire cleaner. Great job with this chain! Have fun and enjoy life :)
