The manager Paul, to "Make", K-ski (sorry I couldn't get your name right) Isaiah, and all the others that helped make my car look as good as possible. It's a great place, with nice people and lots of features, unlimited vacuuming, window cleaner, lots of towels, car mat cleaner, high pressure air to get all the stuff out of the cracks, as well as a air pump. And lots of smiles handing out air fresheners. It's not always the easiest to get in and out of during rush hour but other than that this is an awesome place and a good deal for the money. Thanks!

While going through the wash, my tire sensor alarm went off noting air loss. When I came out of the wash, my tire was flat and the valve stem was torn off with damage to my tire. I asked to speak to the manager. "Mark" returned and stated "that's not factory." Not sure what that meant, but "factory" terms have nothing to do with my tire being damaged while going through the wash. This visit cost me a tow and a new tire repair. The staff showed no concern for the damages caused by their establishment. They did not offer any resolution or assistance. I will not be returning. Disappointing business and poor customer service.

The second time I got the cheapest interior clean, thinking it was just a simple vaccuum, wipe down, etc - which I was fine with. Well, they managed to get 95% of the dog hair off the backseat of my car. No one has been able to do that in two years. I was seriously impressed! After the salt spraying of the road and the recent expected storm, I wanted to make sure to get the…read moredried salt off of my car quickly. I went to Sparkle Flex Car Wash and was very satisfied with the entire experience, especially the washing and drying of my car. However, from first driving up to the payment booth, I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and customer service provided by the woman in the booth. As I waited for cars to move in front of me we had a brief and pleasant conversation. From there, I had a short wait of just a little over 5 minutes. Then I was directed/guided onto the car wash track by a man who gave very clear instructions and also sprayed the car with a pressure washer to prepare it for the wash. The entire wash, rinse, and "blow" dry process took about 3 minutes, with the car moving automatically along the track. (Note, this is not a touchless wash, but it is a "brushless" wash. Long strips of fabric gently wash and rinse the car). Finally, after the "blow" dry at the end of the automatic wash, I drove my car to the hand drive area, and one person immediately started drying my car and cleaning my tires. He was then joined by another person and the entire very thorough hand drying process took about 5 minutes and left my car looking great! I will let the accompanying pictures speak for themselves (see photos). (Note: I selected the "Premium" exterior wash only - no vacuuming - with hand drying and tire cleaning - $25). The minion that is called a manager said the car was damaged before entering the bay and this caused the bumper to tear. It appears from looking at their reviews this has happened multiple times and you have to take them to small claims court or have your insurance go after them to get your car fixed. I see why they are rated at best a 2.5. I feel it should be a 1. I will never go there again because you better believe they could care less. Make sure you get a police report before you leave. Sign of the times.
