I had two sessions With Rachel. and my belly looks as of nothing was ever done to it. It took me a couple of years to write this review because I really don't like leaving bad reviews but as I contemplate the money I have spend and having nothing to show I found I should warn other. I am 135lbs and 5'6 and hold post off my fat around my belly. I also have had babies so it should have been easy for her to pull the belly fat enough to cover it but as she was doing it I felt she was struggling to control the machine. But they put a huge amount of pressure on leaving a review right away before results are seen. Which is probably why they have all the positive ones. This place is terrible. You make an appointment, show up and no one is there. The doors are locked and it's empty inside. Tried calling them but it goes straight to voicemail with a full mailbox so you can't leave a message. They even confirmed my appointment. Very unprofessional. What a shady business. read more

I love all the decorations, very chic! Rachel is very knowledgeable about the procedure, what to expect, and answered all my questions! It's always a bit scary walking into a clinic that offers you "magical" solutions for your unwanted squishy rolls, but Rachel was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained the technique in detail. What I liked the most was her honesty about the cool sculpting, "results vary," "this is not for just anyone." There wasn't a moment that I felt pressured or coaxed into buying something I didn't need. Also! She didn't try to suggest more areas to work on, she only asked what I wanted! Hollywood can be really greedy for your money. With that being said, it didn't take much for me to make my decision and purchase the cool sculpting. All I wanted was to work on my tummy area. This is my 7th session with cool med spa. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to do coolsculpting to remove excess, or stubborn fat. I'm in my mid 30s now. I work out all the time. No matter how much I diet, tummy crunch, run. There's just that pinch of fatty deposit all over my mid section that drives me crazy. In the past I've done coolsculpting at Garth Fisher's office. It was such a pain to get an appointment. I'm so happy I found CoolMed Spa on my Yelp search. I texted the number and I immediately I got an appointment with Rachel. She was super informative, and patient with my needs. She made me feel very comfortable with all my questions. She was very honest on whether certain areas are good, or not. She was very professional, and personable. The room in which the coolsculpting is performed is very clean, and comfortable. I turn 37 in 3 weeks and I told her I wanted a body transformation for my vacation in June. So now I've done 7 areas on my body. I can see the results in as little as 3 weeks. Keep in mind The most visible results are in 3 months. Coolmed spa offers the best pricing anywhere in the area. Again, I'm so happy I found them. Please rethink having this done at least by these people. This is my experience. I went in thinking that I would be able to get rid of belly fat in a very pain free and unobtrusive way. My body store fat in my belly and for some people this procedure might work if they have very little fat. I should have been told this right from the start. My first impression was that I did not feel that I was in a professional place, but with all the great reviews they had I decided to go ahead and spend $6000.00. The procedure was uncomfortable but not painful. After everything was done I felt very uncomfortable and the next day I was still uncomfortable. I was told that I might have some pain and told I should take the pain med neurontin when I felt the pain. The second day the pain hit. It was worst than anything I have ever felt. (side note, I have a full tattoo on my whole back as well as a full sleeve and other tattoos) I know pain and have a high pain tolerance. This pain was so intense, my feet and hands were buzzing from the pain, I have never felt anything like this and had many sleepless nights. I could not work for two weeks. I called the doctor and he told me that first I should have started the pain meds sooner. However he did not tell me that the day I had this procedure done. Next he had me take a combination of tylenol and advil. These did not help much at all. It wasn't until I took a prescription numbing cream for pain. It helped a little, I was in less agony. After all this I was expecting some real change, which after 2 months I saw none. They took pictures and tried to tell me there was some change. Needless to say I was very upset. I saw ZERO results after all this pain. I even wrote the doctor to tell him how I felt and his reply was that this pain I experienced was rare, and that the procedure works telling me "...the technology works and permanently kills off fat cells." However, according to Dr. Michael Jensen, an endocrinologist and obesity researcher at the Mayo Clinic. "Cell death and production appear to be tightly coupled, so although about 10 percent of adipocytes die each year, they're replaced at the same rate." I also spoke to my plastic surgeon who just replaced my implants and did a breast lift, which was not as painful as cool sculpting, and she told me that the cool sculpting hardens the fat so much that she refuses to do lipo on someone that has had it done. This was not worth the money or the pain. I feel completely ripped off. I also don't like the way the doctor dealt with my unhappy and unpleasant experience. The only thing thinner is my wallet. read more

Rachel is so sweet and professional. This morning I had my lower tummy done. We used (2) small applicators. The first 5 minutes where uncomfortable, but not painful - then the area goes numb. After an hour the applicator comes off and she massages the area. Just a bit uncomfortable - but not painful. I am really exited to see my results in the next couple of months. read more
