Lack of communication. Many broken promised dates. After a week , condemned fir my cancer riddled spouse fixing it. Still waiting for my replacement gate that was damaged in shipping. Warren arrived when he said he would for the initial estimate, listened to what we wanted done, took measurements , and gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot. He also gave us a timeline for when he could start and when it would be finished , which held to after we decided to take his offer. Most of the competitors we received additional quotes from were double and triple the rate and 9-12 weeks out before they could start the work.
