You can also send everything to his company electronically. It makes it so easy. Then of course, he will follow up and tell me everything I forgot to send in I don't know if he literally keeps notes on every client but he always seems to remember tidbits about my personal life. Although he is one of the nerdiest people I have ever met (Sorry! It is said with love!) He is the best CPA. He actually enjoys going to all of the conferences and learning about tax law. I have had the pleasure of working with him on my personal and business taxes for almost 8 years now and he always surprises me with his level of detail in doing whatever is necessary to assist me with my taxes. My husband and I sometimes "forget" what he tells us to do and he of course has to fix it at tax time. Consistently, like perfect clockwork...he sifts through my attempt at collecting what he needs and during my 1 hour visit, he gives me an idea of what I am getting as a refund or owe. In most cases, it is a refund...like I said...he's superman! Aside for being one of the smartest and kind guys you could know, he's a loving family man and his pride and love for his family always shines through at every annual visit. You will never be able to talk to George Dimov - he completely ghosts you after the sale. The accountants also make silly errors constantly you have to bring up and correct. This is on top of the lack of communication, hitting deadlines, etc that I previously complained about to even get the accountants to start working on my file. If you want to babysit someone the entire time and make it 100x harder to do your taxes than doing it yourself - this is the place to waste your money.
