Throughout our visit, we felt rushed, and it seemed as though our basic questions were more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to help customers make an informed purchase. We left feeling that customer service was not a priority. While I respect and support their mission, there are several bike shops in the Charleston area that provide much better customer service and take the time to answer questions and assist customers.
