My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. State Farm ended up totaling my van and gave me plenty of time before they were going to pick it up. I asked if they could please remove the trailer hitch and made it plain I would pay for that. I was curtly told they didn't have time for that with it sitting on their lot for over a week. I don't know if my appearance (long hair) or my having my service dogs with me. They kept trying to tell me that pets weren't allowed in the rental van my insurance secured because I have 2 large service dogs. Enterprise had no issues with this but the guy at Willbanks obviously did. Overall a very bad experience dealing with this shop.
