I live in Seattle and was ordering these for my mother in South Carolina. She typically will send me a picture after the flowers have been delivered. Saturday came and went . No flowers. When I called, the place was closed at 4:30 Sat. and not open on Sunday. And the voicemail was full. After hearing that, I felt quite certain my flowers weren't going to be delivered for Mother's Day. Incredibly disappointing I called again Sunday and was able to leave a message. Leslie from the florist called me back on Monday. When I return the call asking to speak to Leslie, I can hear someone speaking in the background. The person on the phone said to me "did you hear her?" I was shocked the person couldn't even take a minute to actually speak to me. I was told that that delivery was outside of their delivery range. I told her I received a confirmation email. She told me they had canceled that order and I should've looked in my junk mail for it. Why would I look in my junk mail for a cancellation when I had received a confirmation on my order? I believe someone should have called me and let me know at the very least my order would not be delivered . I was shocked at how little customer service satisfaction they cared about when I called to expressed my disappointment for flowers on Mother's Day. I would definitely not recommend this place!
