I will say I don't have a very green thumb and have definitely killed (loved too hard) about 1/4 of the plants we've bought, but the ones that are still alive are doing quite well for the most part. I just wanna say thank you to seven oaks plant shop for such an amazing variety of plants to pick from. We mainly have indoor ones as that's the only place we can really have them, and throughout the year y'all are always getting more in. This makes replacing the ones that decided they couldn't withstand our love easy to replace. Personally I'm a big herb lover especially of mints, I really enjoy them for the smell. Seven oaks has a great variety of herbs even when they are low on inventory. I heard from one of the employees that they are getting a new shipment of herbs in soon, I can't wait! Also I've looked around at other plant stores and their $ for plants and pots is extremely competitive, pair that with their amazing customer service and you have one of the best plants shops this side south. A quick phone call to the nursery confirmed they had plenty in stock, and I decided to stop by to pick up the eight bales I needed for my project. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by how the nursery is tucked away from the road, nestled among the trees. It felt like stepping into a hidden oasis--almost like a rainforest in the middle of Columbia! The serene setting and the incredible variety of plants instantly drew me in. They truly have a wonderful selection of greenery, with options for just about any landscaping or gardening need in the area. The staff was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Their warm customer service made the experience even better. I'm genuinely looking forward to visiting this gem again in the future, whether it's for another project or simply to explore and enjoy the beauty of the place.

I had questions about caring for these plants -- repotting, fertilizing, etc. Their expert wasn't in the store, but before I got home (Columbia --30 minutes away), he called to answer my questions. As what I witnessed, the store mis-priced some bird seed (?) and would not honor the price (customer service rule #1) - then ... argued and threatened to call the police on this woman who just was asking them to honor the price marked! The "manager" came out and was incredibly unprofessional and rude to this lady. My advice is to send their staff to customer service training and do the right thing in the future.

My Bride and I came here a couple weeks ago to look at Grills and a Big Green Egg. The young man was knowledgeable but he really encouraged us to come back and speak to Donnie. Donnie is the Big Green Egg man and this guy knows his stuff. He took quite a bit of time explaining how the Egg worked and ensured I was comfortable. In short I bought the Large Egg and a new Webber Grill for those quick burgers when I don't have a lot of time. Customer service is outstanding!! Will be back!!
