The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, walking us through everything from choosing the right plants to properly potting and caring for them. There was a great selection of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and other plants--I saw everything from cabbage, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts to basil, thyme, mint, chives, and eucalyptus. I loved that they had local vendors as well. One of my favorite parts was the hands-on planting portion. It was informative without feeling overwhelming, and I definitely walked away knowing more than when I came in. The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell the people here genuinely enjoy helping others grow things successfully. Whether you already have a green thumb or, like me, could use a little guidance , Seven Oaks Plant Shop is definitely worth checking out.
