They scheduled us months earlier (because when you are good, people will wait for you), and they started on the exact day they promised. They showed up every morning at 7 and brought everything they needed, including their own scaffolding. It is not easy work, but they are machines. On the last day it was incredibly windy / gusty, but they managed to finish the project even though much of it was from scaffolding and on the windy side of the house. They removed hose reels, masked light fixtures and windows, shielded landscaping, painted our gutters and downspouts, and cleaned up at the end of the day. You will not find easier-going, nicer guys. That's probably why you will also not find anybody else that does what they do for as long as they've done it with ALL 5 Star reviews. There were a couple of places where there was rotting wood on the fascia and they removed and replaced it. They caulked around the window frames and pressured washed the windows while they were pressure washing the house. Ben noticed that the flashing on the edge of the lanai was rusting in one spot and that water was pooling under some loose shingles. Unfortunately, during this time it decided to rain so when the sun came out and dried up everything he sealed the loose shingles and replaced the flashing. The flashing was an additional cost but that didn't bother me as I wanted it taken care of and was not a part of the original estimate. Ben came back after the painting was finished to do a walk around with me to check any areas that I might have had concerns about and took care of them. He actually did a few additional things for me that had nothing to do with the initial job. Oh and the price for the exterior paint job was very reasonable! So, please don't hesitant to hire Ben and his crew if you want excellent workmanship on your next project.

I uploaded a few before and after photos, of two of my walls but they worked on several more walls! My CMU block walls and drywall had about 50+ holes, a bunch of which were the size of my index finger, many areas of ripped drywall paper, and numerous outlet-sized drywall cutouts that I wanted patched as if they never existed. Mike came over himself, looked at the job, and gave me a price on the spot. A few weeks later he sent John over to do the work. I was on a pretty tight schedule with an upcoming move and Mike really worked around my schedule as best as he could! John was so kind and efficient, and he took care of every single hole and cut out in under 2 hours and got the walls paint ready for me (I painted the walls the following day).
