I own the #1 producing boutique real estate brokerage in the Southeast Valley. With that, my agents and I routinely referred clients who need septic services to Cooper's Sewer & Drain. Additionally, they provided maintenance to the septic system in my own home. Until today. Unfortunately, a client of my brokerage has failed to make payment for services rendered on their property, through no fault of my own. I did not hire Cooper's to perform work on my clients property and have zero responsibility for making payment to Cooper's. That responsibility falls squarely on the client. Unfortunately, Cooper's account, Vince De Sotomayor, does not not understand the concept of financial responsibility and sent an email to me threatening the reputation of my business for something I have no part in. Needless to say, not I only will I no longer use this company at my own home, I will also never recommend them to another client or neighbor. If you want to be paid, go threaten the person who owes you the money. Leave me and my business out of it. Vince, it's now your company that will be reported to the BBB, along with negative reviews on every platform I can find. read more

I called Cooper's septic this morning due to the tank overflowing, so I called a plumbing company turns out that the inlet pipe was clogged they cleared the clog. Taking no chances I called Cooper'septic to have the tank cleaned. Justin from Cooper'septic arrived at 4:40 p.m. I explained what happened and he got right to work. He started looking for the cap working in the mud finally locating the cap about 4 feet below grade . Justin got the hoses and started pumping. About 6p.m. pumping done and Justin explained that the tank would soon clog up again. So good thing I decided to have the tank cleaned. Justin was professional, good attitude and friendly. read more

This is the second time we have had Cooper's Service ~ when we purchased the house and now that we are selling. Both times were a hard dig ~ rocks galore ~ the ground shifts around here (thankfully we had things marked and boxed). Josh and Chad did a great job and, as a bonus, kept us "entertained" with their fun jokes and pleasant personalities on what anyone would consider a messy job. Back in the office, Nicky and Samantha were precise with arrival times as they could be, as you never can tell what is uncovered/found to hinder scheduling in this industry. My dumb arse built the addition right on top of my septic tank:( Of course everything was fine till my seepage pit filled up with wet wipes:( Apparently my discharge baffle eroded away after 30 years of poor maintenance. Coopers came out the first time to locate and pump my tank but instead had to inform me of my horrible mistakes. They came out a 2nd time and cut holes in my concrete and cleaned out my septic tank,then located my pit, cleaned and treated it, installed a new baffle and all is well in the world:) Expensive lesson for me. We had another plumbing company try for over a week to find our stoppage. After over $600.00 and 3 different techs try, we still had stoppage. We called Cooper's Sewer & Drain and they sent Josh to our home within a few hours. Josh had the stoppage removed within 20 minutes and everything is flowing fine. We are in our 80's and we do not need stress like this. Josh was a God send and great at explaining everything and was very kind and respectful. We will call Cooper's Sewer & Drain for any other plumbing needs we may have in the future and we would definitely request Josh. read more

These guys are great! While traveling through AZ we had an RV / travel trailer plumbing issue which unfortunately flooded our new travel trailer. We called around looking for a plumber that could help us with this problem but failed to find anyone that had the tools or knowledge to deal with RV plumbing backups. However through a recommendation of a recommendation we finally found Coopers sewer and drain. They came out immediately and fixed the issue with in 15 mins for less than $100. Cooper fit my property in with super short notice. I met Chad at the property before my buyer arrived for a final walk through and he explained where problems might come up in the future. He also then told my buyer which trees and ferns would need to move.. Samantha and Nikki in the office were also very helpful. Coopers was exactly on the money with What we needed. We are on a lift system, And after the plumber replaced our sewer Grinders. Coopers set up a time to check The system out. They set up an appointment right away. They came and Located the lids pumped it out and cleaned The baffle out. Two guys were easy to work With and very nice.. This is a very small local business (the best kind right?!) We were selling a home and had a septic tank that had to be drained. They came out immediately, performed well and the charge was fair. The day we were closing we found we also needed an inspection report! I called Nikki, explained the problem and they sent someone out within the hour!! That's good customer service! We he use Cooper for many years and once again the have showed how they take care you. Everything backed up at once so we called Coopers. Curtis arrived and found tank and drywell both full. I will never us this company again. We had called them on 11/8 and 11/13 for help due to off hours their answering service answered and they told my husband someone would call never again They never called so we called a plumber to help us both times with a plugged sewer line. After having a horrific "plumber" at our home on a Saturday, and left swearing in front of my 7 year old , COOPER'S were able to add us in as their last stop. THEY ARE AMAZING!
