So far so great! Then the appointment time came and went, so after 20 minutes I called and left a voicemail. After another 20 minutes, I texted. Finally she texted back, apologizing and asking if her husband can come 1.5 hrs after our original appointment. I'm not comfortable with that at all, and I politely declined. I also very politely added that it's a nice courtesy to notify clients when they are going to be late.15 minutes later, she respectfully apologized, explaining that they were "behind schedule all day". I think trust is paramount when hiring someone for something so personal, and therefore I wouldn't recommend this company. But communication, when it was there, was very nice. I'm sure they were just having a bad day, but I'm really disappointed. :(
